    Wonderdul roof and attic insulation job with a great team

    We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Professional Roofers! We were in the search for a company to replace our roof & add insulation to our attic and were glad we came across Professional Roofers! Alfredo met with us and explained the job in detail, covering every step, including materials, warranty, process, and clean-up and answered all our questions. Leandro, the supervisor, also made sure to inspect the job during the process and once it was done to ensure everything looks good and is done right. He also provided us with photos and guidance going forward. The team was on time, worked efficiently, cleaned-up during and after the job was completed, and most importantly, delivered an outstanding final product. We highly recommend this family run business for their professionalism, competence, and honesty.

    Toronto Home roof repairs and replacements

    A home in the Annex area of TO. Needed some repairs of both flat and angled shingled roof (3 roofs total on the home) that were mismanaged in the past. I had called a number reputable and highly rated and referred companies in the GTA but the one that stood out ahead of the rest was Professional Roofers and in particular Diego who was my point of contact. The interactions by phone, text, email were timely, professional, accurate and courteous. They explained options and their pricing and also why there seemed to be large ranges in quotes from other companies. I believe this is key when working and hiring a company - amiable professional communication and trust especially for repeat business and referrals. Diego made himself available even when I was in different time zones. He answered all questions and concerns i bought forward. He provided ample referrals/testaments, and always thanked me for taking the time to connect and for choosing Professional Roofers. I felt comfortable working with Diego and his team. Diego is a consummate professional and I believe represents his colleagues, workers, company and trade/craft well. Their work has been completed ahead of projected timelines and all seems to be in order and the followup has been excellent in terms of communication, quality inspection and ensuring the roofs are doing what they are supposed to do. I am happily surprised at their willingness to make sure the client is happy and taken care of. I would recommend Professional Roofers and think you would be lucky to work with Diego and team.

    New shingles and minor roof repairs

    Being a woman dealing with anything to do with home reno companies is a special kind of hell. I sought out multiple quotes and talked to many companies seeking some reliable roofers to redo the very damaged shingles and do some other minor roof repairs on our newly purchased home. I received quotes that varied from $600-$11000 for a job that I knew should fall in the midrange of those numbers. Some roofers booked estimates and never showed up, or came to do an estimate and never sent us a quote. Of all the company representatives that I spoke to, Sebastian from Professional Roofers was the only one who respectfully talked me through the options we were looking at for fixing our roof in a way that felt informative but never condescending. When additional issues were discovered with the roof, Sebastian also explained those and gave us an idea of what it would take to fix them without pressuring or trying to upsell us. He was consistently friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. Every step of the process happened when they said it would and if there were schedule-related changes, we were informed in advance. The crew worked very hard and efficiently, had our repair done in one day and cleaned up impeccably afterwards. Leandro, the Quality Control Manager who was onsite with his workers, was very polite, respectful and explained the issues that came up while they were completing the work thoroughly. Our roof looks great and we are comforted by the extensive warranty that Professional Roofers offers. We are very happy with our choice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and to hire them again for future roofing jobs.

    Repair Asphalt Shingle Roofing
    I had a bad experience with another roofing company and called upon Home Stars to recommend a reputable roofing company to correct their substandard work. I am absolutely delighted to have hired Professional Roofers. To my complete satisfaction, they did everything that they had committed to do. They showed up on schedule and stayed quite late until the work was finished. Their Quality Control Manager stopped by several times during the day to ensure we were happy and the job was progressing ... so very professional. Thank you Home Stars and Professional Roofers.

    Roofing

    Professional Roofers were hired to replace the shingles on my home and seal the flat roof on an addition. In the past I had hired them to fix the eaves and replace the eaves troughs. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Patrick again as he was the estimator for the earlier job. Patrick was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive to my inquiries. The job took three full days and the crew was always prompt and courteous. Once the job was complete,Leo, the quality assurance manager went up onto the roof to inspect the work and then later explained the warranty to me. Overall I was very happy with the work that they have done and would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to friends or family.

    New garage roof

    Professional is in their name and they were nothing but. Everything was done on time, professionally and inspected when complete. Very happy with them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    Shingles replacement

    We are very pleased with the quality of the roofing job performed. The crew was professional and all was delivered on time. We were very happy working with Diego and the whole process from estimate to job completed was smooth and stress-free. Diego is very knowledgeable and courteous. The price was very competitive as well as our roof looks amazing!

    Replace shingles on roof

    Professional Roofers were definitely professional. The crew worked non-stop and were very polite and completed the job in 2 days as promised. They never bothered in any way. Cleaned up everyday at the end of day. I highly recommend Professional Roofers to any one who need roofing services.

    Excellent work

    We called professionals roofers to update our eaves and facia since they did excellent work on our new roof ten years ago. The workers were friendly, professional and were available for any questions that we had. They worked efficiently and cleaned the work area after they completed the job. We will definitely call them for any other work that we may require. We highly recommend professional roofers
