    New roof shingles, eaves cleaning

    I am very happy with the work done by Professional Roofers in the installation of a new roof, including cleaning out the eaves. The crew arrived promptly each morning for the two-day job, worked diligently and kept me up-to-date on progress. I was pleasantly surprised with how well they cleaned up around the house when the job was finished, leaving it cleaner than it had been before they had started. The Monaco Red shingles look amazing! I am very pleased with the work and results. Thank you to Patrick, Leo and the team.

    VICTORIAN HOME SHINGLE INSTALLATION

    Professional Roofer.com provided a competitive quote and the team did a fantastic job. Not an easy job as the Victorian roof is rather steep and the job is technically challenging. Regardless of its technicalities, Diego and his team skilfully completed the job professionally and on time. They swept clean and moved the debris immediately. Great job!

    Eavestrough & Soffit replacements

    Diego our Consultant rom ProfessionalRoofers.com was excellent in providing the best product solution for addressing the rainwater flooding occurring on our home property. Highly recommend the professionalism of the team that worked on the installation & a job well done in a very timely manner where neighbours commented on how great the house looks now.     Exceptional customer service

    I contacted Professional Roofers after reading their reviews and noticing their crews working in my neighbourhood. Adam's (the estimator) assessment determined the initial scope of work from the aerial photos taken by a drone. Once the crew was working on the roof, Fernando (quality control manager) was quick to advise me of an issue with the pointing on the chimney. It meant that they would need to return to redo the flashing around the base of the chimney after the masonry was dealt with. Also, in replacing the roof vents, the lack of attic insulation was revealed. This was unexpected, but Fernando provided a detailed explanation of what they could do to address the deficiency. I felt confident that his reasonable quote for this service would be money well spent. All this was quickly scheduled and completed without delay. This company is prompt, professional and courteous. I am impressed with their easy communication and follow up.

    Our 5th and 6th Roofs with Professional Roofers, and Insulation

    We have a heritage Victorian Row House with multiple flat and sloping roofs. Professional Roofers just finished our 5th and 6th roofs with them as well as a new flat garage roof, and new insulation for our attic.

    New Roof

    When I needed a new roof, Professional Roofers were not the cheapest but when I compared what they were quoting with others, they were competitive. I needed a regular roof and a flat roof. They arrived the day that they said they would and completed the work on time. Leandro came several time to make sure that everything was properly done. I am very pleased with the work.

    Flat roof

    Alfredo was our estimator, and he was as the company name reflects - professional. Every step of the way he let us know what to expect, when to expect it, and left nothing up in the air. We saw drone footage of the roof and my husband also went up to have a look with him at the final product. Alfredo was friendly, personable, and efficient. One bonus is that the company has a policy that only the estimator is to contact the client. Therefore, none of the workers are to come to your door, etc. All around a much more positive experience than I anticipated.

    New roofing shingles, insulation topup

    Professional Roofers are full value for their name. They are nothing if not "Professional". I can only echo the many positive reviews they've received. We had them replace old, leaky shingles with high wind resistant shingles and top up the attic insulation. Alfredo and Leandro explained the job in detail and made sure the workmanship was up to expectations. Their team left only after doing a thorough cleanup. We are very pleased and definitely use them again. Bill.

    New Shingles And Minor Roof Repairs

    They did an excellent job installing new shingles and fixing minor roof damages and stopped a leaking. The roof looks great and the price was reasonable. Very efficient and quick response. Highly recommend!

    Wrong color soffits, facia and eaves and poor quality of installation

    I had this company do my eaves, soffits and flashing several years ago. The representative, Sebastian, suggested he could match the existing color of the window frames, etc. As you can see from the attached photos, this was not even close. Sebastian than tried to cover himself and try to persuade me that the color will fade over time and eventually match! Inevitably, I had to hire someone to paint them black, which turned out to be a much better match for our stucco project. Recently, a 6 foot piece of flashing fell off. When I called to ask if it would be possible for someone to put this back up, I was advised by Olga that this 10 minute job would require 2 people and would cost $320.00 because it 'likely fell off due to wind damage and this is not something that is covered by warranty'. Perhaps, but using three 1/2" screws for a 6 foot piece of flashing reflects a very poor installation process and was no doubt the primary reason for it falling off! It's too bad they don't stand behind their work, so I urge you all to do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this company!

However, the job that you are referring to is not a "10-minute job" The day you requested help, there was a large amount of snow and ice on your two-story home. In order to do the job, we have to use long ladders that are capable of accessing your fascia and a two-man team for safety reasons, especially during the winter months.
