October 26, 2024 Yesterday we had the good fortune to have our new roof installed by the aptly named company: Professional Roofers. The customer service we received from Diego, from start to finish, has been exceptional. The willingness to answer questions, to communicate on evenings and weekends, to suggest solutions and provide alternatives, has been excellent. The roofers who came were friendly, polite and did their job in an efficient manner. When finished, they left the site completely clean. They pointed out a problem with our plumbing stack during the first day and then thanks to Diego the next day we had two excellent plumbers resolve the problem quickly, economically and efficiently. On completion Leandro(manager) came out to check and approve the work. We are delighted with the choice we made!

My wife and I contacted Professional Roofers.com to complete a roofing job that was left incomplete by another unscrupulous roofer. The representative was very sympathetic to our situation and provided a comprehensive estimate of the cost to complete the work. The cost was very reasonable, and the work was completed within a week. We were very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism, and the friendly interaction with the workers on the job. We would not hesitate to rate Professional Roofers a 10 out of 10.

We've used Professional Roofers twice and been thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and quality of work in both instances. In 2020 we needed to replace the asphalt shingles on our deck overhang. They were able to fit us in on very short notice, shored up the weakened roof areas, and generally did a prompt, professional job. In 2022, we needed to re-roof the rest of our two-story house. Diego gave us quotes for both asphalt and metal roofing options, explained the pros and cons of our options, and didn't pressure us towards one choice or the other (which I always appreciate!). We opted for the metal roofing along with adding some insulation to our attic space. The installation went smoothly and we've had absolutely no issues or noise concerns with the new metal roof. Their pricing was extremely fair and their communication clear and timely.

2- Responding to the owner of Professional Roofers. It is unfortunate that we have to go back and forth like this. According to you my information was not in the system and I did not exist as a client. When I called your office and spoke to Sergio, he was able to pull all my information, including the payment that was made for the repair. The person I had dealt with for the repairs was Jorge and the email correspondence. Sergio from your office requested for me to pay $200 for your guys to come out and recheck the work that was done by your crew. This should not be the case at all, after all you should be guarantying your work. This conversation happened on June 27 and today is July 11, 15 days after speaking to Sergio. I did not receive any other feedback and my concerns still unresolved. This is not very professional considering I was promised a call back the next day after speaking with your crew member. Please I would like for this to be resolved once and for all. ************ 1-Our experience with this company was unfortunately not satisfying, in fact it was very disappointing. We had a leakage in our roof and as one would do, you call in professionals. We called Professional Roofers, they replaced the vent without proper installation. As per our insurance company preferred contractor . He said the vent was replaced without proper support of any shingles around the vent when in fact was suppose to have support from 3 sided and proper seal. Apparently they only placed the vent on top of the shingle and sealed it with caulking only. The very next rain fall the leakage internally was worse than before the repairs were done. We contacted the company and they were unpleasant. I would advice people to think twice before hiring this company to do their roof repairs.

My roof was due for new shingles and the eavestroughs leaked. To make things worse, a squirrel had chewed through a vent cover and got into the attic. I called for some quotes, and Alfredo was the first to arrive. He spent time with me explaining what needed to be done and was much more helpful than other companies I spoke to. The teams that came to do the work were some of the most hard-working and profession people I've seen. Some of my neighbours were impressed enough to ask for business cards. My roof looks amazing and so do the new eavestroughs. I highly recommend them.

From the first phone call to our last we were explained every step of the way with patience. They made sure we knew what work was to be done and why... Great response time Good advice I would highly recommend them to anyone And also...absolutely top notch work. Even the neighbour's told us ..whoever did your eavestrough great job. My wife was satisfied with the quality work done at our home.

We had a roof leak that was difficult to determine its source. Professional Roofers came quickly, gave a fair estimate and when I chose them, they came 3 days later and completed the work. When its time to replace the whole roof, in 5 years or so, we will just go straight to Professional Roofers. Adam, the estimator, was extremely helpful and followed up afterwards.

I had an excellent experience with Professional Roofers.com, I would recommend them. I had replacement of my shingle roof and flat roof over my front entrance May 2023. I called several companies, one gave me an extraordinarily high quote, several companies did not return my calls at all (very common in Toronto when you try to get work done on your home). I got a prompt call and meeting with Fernando. He was professional, explained the job and left me with a quote for the job and potential start date for the job. Once confirmed I was scheduled in as discussed and the week of the job the crew did the installation quickly, professionally and left my property clean and tidy. I'm very happy with the entire experience and would recommend them. Thank you Fernando and Leandro.

Called Professional Roofers about getting our eaves and downspouts updated and capping our soffit/fascia with black aluminum. Patrick came by to write up an estimate and chat about everything we wanted to accomplish. He emailed us a very reasonably priced estimate and installed everything shortly after we signed the paperwork. Work was done promptly, the crew was very professional and cleaned everything up once they were done. It looked really sharp and we were super happy with how everything turned out. Side note - We actually had a roof leak after a torrential storm in Toronto; we called Patrick and he came out to try and bail us out. He arrived a few hours later and took a look with his drone to get a better idea of what was causing our issue. He suggested how we could deal with the leak until someone could come out to fix the issue properly. He also recommended that we get in touch with our original roofer in order to have them honour their warranty rather than pressuring us to sign him on to fix it himself. We definitely appreciated him being honest and being very low-pressure. The quality of work is great and they definitely seem to care about the jobs they do. Would recommend!
