They were fast, proffesionnal. They arrived on time and completed the work in quoted time. Not a roofer but the work looks good and solid. They cleaned up and polite.

I just want to comment how impressed I was with the service provided by Professional Roofers. The crew showed up on time, and worked hard to complete within the same day although it was November. The job was done expertly and I was also impressed by the quality inspection. The crew did a great job cleaning up. The job went very smoothly.

Dealing with Professional Roofers was a pleasant experience. From the start their office staff was extremely kind and booked me with an estimate with Sebatian. Sebastian was hands down very professional showing me a list of different examples and ideas. After we booked a date, the crew came in and they did a fantastic job and the clean up was done well. I had a number of companies quote on my roof before I chose Professional Roofers. Their estimate was the most complete, very competitive, and I was impressed that they were certified installers for the shingles I had chosen. They completed the job on schedule and did a fabulous job cleaning up afterward. I was also very happy with the warranty provided. Their salesperson, Fernando, was very easy to work with and responded quickly to all calls.

My roof had been replaced by Professional Roofers on July 31st/Aug 1, 2015. I selected Professional Roofers over the other two quotes that I received. In fact, their quote was the highest but I was so impressed with the meticulous and thorough way the inspection of the roof was done and how the quote was presented. Also, since the work couldn't be done immediately, they sent two workers the following day to do a quick fix on the damaged area to prevent a water leak, no added costs. The moment they started working, the 4 personnel worked with tremendous dedication. I have to throw ice-cold (bottled) water to them while they were working because they never wanted to stop. To my opinion their work was a big 10.

I'm extremely impress with the craftsmanship that Professional Roofers Provided me. They have their work down to an art. They were extremely professional and extremely kind. Definitely a company that you want to do your roof with.

We needed to re-shingle our entire roof, and went through a review of several roofers in order to select one that fit our needs. Professional Roofers did come in at a higher price-point than most, but we went with them because they gave us the confidence that we needed to have in order to trust them with the major investment that our home is. All our questions were answered in a timely manner, they were easily reachable and also took time to provide references we could connect with. This made a very big difference because we not only saw the actual work that was done and got a better sense of the shingle colors, but could also get feedback from others who had dealt with PR. The glowing reviews (from references and online) as well as our own comfort level, was what clinched it for us, and we are extremely happy with the workmanship, professionalism, communication and overall results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofers. You can't go wrong with them. Omar Amin

We hired Professional Roofers to replace our roof after comparing against a number of other roofers. Sebastien came out to meet us and answered all of the questions we had (and we had a very exhaustive list). He was also very professional and responsive in addressing our inquiries by cellphone. with regards to the installation itself, the crew arrived early on both days and did a great job in getting things done to ensure everything was completed on time. The reason why I am rating them 8 out of 10 as opposed to anything greater is that their clean up left much to be desired. The crew left the work site after doing a light clean up. I say light clean up because when I walked the perimeter of the house, I collected over 2 dozen nails on the ground. Luckily, the supervisor came later that day to inspect the work and he volunteered to walk with me around my house to collect any errant nails with his magnetic sweeper. We collected another 30+ nails with that. He apologized for their carelessness and took some photos of all the nails collected, assuring me that head office would be informed of this. Overall, we are still quite pleased with their work in spite of these hiccups.

Professional Roofers, the company I would hire again at anytime. They came on time & did all they said they would do. They were courteous, hard working & the clean up was awesome.
