Exceptionally pleased with Professional Roofers with the work done. Every part of the experience was great from the estimator walking me through through the roofing options, to the crew showing up right on time on the scheduled date, to completing all the work on time, and then finally doing a thorough site cleanup afterwards. Crew even showed me a bunch of pics of the job in progress as I had to leave to go to work while they continued working. Can't think of a single thing they could have done better.

I heard about about this really good roofing company called professional roofers....our bay windows were made of wood and were rotting. When I contacted them they were kind and gave me different options on what I could do. I was happy to see that there was no garbage laying around and the work was done quickly. We are very happy with the job. We plan to contact them again for more work in the spring.

If i had to rate professional Roofers, I'll give them a 11 out of 10. They were fantastic and my roof looks amazing. They worked extremely hard during a heat wave, but they didn't cut any corners and the clean up job was done extremely well. Jonathan the estimator was amazing super kind and professional. Like i said will 11 out of 10.

They installed my roof in 2 days but did not give me the colour I had asked for and couldn't understand where my colour choice came from( my colour came from the brochure they gave me). They accepted my money order as payment but wanted the full amount immediately after installation was done and refused to allow me to inspect my new roof ( they installed the wrong colour). They also insisted I pay the tax because they refused to accept the money order as cash payment. So they stood there in the doorway insisting I pay by credit card the tax amount NOW while they waited, which I did although I disagreed that I had not given them cash. I have since had them return twice to repair the roof less than 1 year after installation was done. They are very quick to respond to and repair the roof which is still under warranty which is the only good thing I have to say about the company who refused to respond when told the wrong colour had been installed. I have proof of my colour choice from the order I placed by fax.

I had Professional Roofers replace the shingles on my roof. They only brought 3 guys who had to work until just before dark but they got the job done in one day. The clean up was a little rushed and I had to to call them back to fix a small problem but overall the work looks solid.

Our roof was installed by Professional Roofers. They were extremely quick did our roof in a day while other roofers take 3 days. They also was honest and kind and easy to deal with. We're happy we made the right choice.

After 16 years, our 25 year roof was dead and leaking. We checked Homestars and found three roofing contractors with good ratings at worked in our area. We selected Professional Roofers.com based on great reviews, timely response, and fair and well presented quote. They more than met our expectations: materials delivered as promised, installation done on time, worksite left clean and tidy, and our questions and concerns answered. Very professional.

Dealing with Professional Roofers was a pleasant experience. From the start their office staff was extremely kind and booked me with an estimate with Diego. Diego was hands down very professional showing us a list of different examples and ideas. After we booked a date, the crew came in and they did a fantastic job and the clean up was done well. I wouldn't trust my roof to just any company. I selected this company based on the reviews of others on this site. The job was done in sept of 2014. It is now oct of 2015 and I have had no issues. The roof looks good and doesn't leak. All the old shingles (5 layers) were removed. My only complaint is that this company is great for large jobs, but if you ever need them to come and do a smaller job for you, they are just uncompetitively priced, almost as if to say they don't want this type of work. As such, my experience with this company will be probably limited to this job only. However, If you were in need of a complete roof replacement, I would recommend them based on the work they did for me. If the job is a small one, you might find them over priced, and difficult to schedule.
