Our new roof was recently installed by Michael and his excellent and friendly crew of roofers. Hard work during an extreme heat alert weather would make anyone else go crazy, but not these guys. They were very professional and highly recommended. They also did a good job cleaning up after.

As mention by another HomeStars reviewer, the stakes are extremely high when choosing a reputable roofing company, because it only takes one false step to send it all up in smoke. With this in mind, my husband and I were careful choosing Professional Roofers over the other companies. They did a fantastic job. This company has the heart and strength of a lion to do such great work.

With all the roofing companies out there we were cautious selecting the right company. After doing some research and review multiple quotes, we selected to go with Professional Roofers. We had no regrets once the roof was installed by Luis and his crew. Thank you Luis and your crew for all your work.

Last week we got our roof done by professional Roofers, and we feel like we made the right choice. The roof looks great and the clean up job was well done. If your looking for a new roof, that won't fall apart after a few years I suggest you call these guys. This is the 3rd house we have used Professional Rooofers.com. Luis and his crew did a great job on the installation and clean up. Patrick Arrayo (sales) was especially helpful and fair with his pricing ! and great follow up ! Would recommend them anytime !

Professional Roofers are indeed professional; the job and costing was explained in a very clear and honest way without hidden costs and costly "upgrade " suggestions, all work was well done, on time, the the work staff were very polite, clean, efficient and thorough in their clean-up.

I had to replace poorly installed and leaking skylights and shingles on a house addition. One of the best contracting experiences to date. The company instantly set up an inspection for two days from when I called, vs other companies that wouldn't call back or even said they didn't want the business. Sebastien kept in constant contact and answered all questions. I was at home during the installation and able to see the work through my upstairs window. While they were fast, no corners were cut. Proper flashing was installed on the skylights, every seam was caulked. They installed a ridge vent which we had not had before or expected but was required per the roof setup. All in all a very positive experience.

Initial contact with this company was quite odd. The person who answered sounded very young, amateurish and even rude. He was confused and told me that they would not be able to provide service to me out in Oakville as they were busy and there was a lot of traffic that week due to the PanAm games. Fair enough, but the way he spoke left a lot to be desired. I hung up, and tried to get other quotes from other companies. It was busy season and they took time to get back to me. A few days later, I get a call from someone at Professional Roofers saying they were coming in half an hour!! I had not received quotes from anyone else, so I said, fine. They said they were busy and couldn't get to me and then suddenly a few days later they call on short notice saying they are on the way. I'm flexible, so I said OK, but I'm sure that wouldn't have worked very well with a lot of people. In any case, they cleaned my eavestrough and patched a few holes I had in it that were leaking. A few days later it rained and the leaks proved to still be there. I called them and they at first were rude and tried to blow me off saying there is no warranty on their work. I found that very surprising, especially with their high homestars rating. I made it clear I wasn't happy and that I wouldn't accept that as an answer and after a while they said they'd return. This time they didn't just "spray over" the holes, but actually patched them up properly. It rained a few times and no water leaked, so so far so good. I need to re-roof next year and I will get a quote from Professional roofers, but I hope they are more professional and less confused in 2016 than they were with me this year. One thing definitely in their favour is their competitive pricing.

We would highly recommend Professional Roofers to anyone without any hesitation; our roof was installed by a very professional crew of roofers. They worked hard, and left the work site clean. They answered questions and showed me the old vents that needed to be replaced.
