Job was done well enough, re-scheduled due to weather conditions. So this goes to say, if you have an emergency repair find someone else. I finally got my warranty after several communications with the company. Check your warranty, never rely on what their representative tells you.

I normally take warranties with a grain of salt. There tends to be so much fine print with such strict warranty periods that I don't take them seriously. So I was very pleasantly surprised with the warranty service I received from Professional Roofers this week. We had a new roof done by them a couple of years ago, and some window guys this year said there was a bit of a problem around the dormer. Professional Roofers sent two guys immediately when I called (I couldn't even remember the invoice number or anything, but they had all the info on file). They blamed the window guys, but I didn't care because they fixed up the problem area without any argument and also checked another part of the roof, where they found another potential issue (probably the fault of some brick masons that did some work last year). They fixed that also. There was no charge and I didn't even have to sign anything. Very well satisfied. If there was any problem with the original installation, I wouldn't count that against them because I remember the weather had turned extremely cold that day and the installers worked into the dark to get the job done.

Complete roof installed on April 6, 2015. An extremely professional team of workers, polite and friendly. I don't impress easily but I have with this group. I highly recommend them and the price is very reasonable. Great job and well done at that!

We had Professional Roofers replace our entire roof for us (which included removing the old shingles). From my first phone call to their thoughtful follow-up after the job, we were extremely impressed! I called for a free estimate, and within a couple of days Patrick showed up exactly when promised. He had a good look on the roof, took photos of trouble spots, and then educated us about the different options. No pressure, very easy to talk to. The next day I called him to confirm that we’d like them to do the job, and we scheduled it about 2 weeks later – no deposit required. Patrick even dropped by himself within a day or two to patch a couple of particularly bad spots on our roof (for free) before the larger job was scheduled. As our install date approached it looked like it was going to rain that day. Patrick called me to reschedule us a day early to get it done before the bad weather started. The crew that did the job were excellent workers and they left my property cleaner than when they arrived, sweeping up all the way around the house, around my neighbours property, and they even swept the street in front of my house. It was like having a new roof and spring-cleaning done all at once! Have faith in the high volume of wonderful reviews on HomeStars, they are well deserved. We will use them again in the future.

Research does not always pay! For all the recommendations on here the job was substandard as is their customer service. Install day, they worked quickly. The "seam" at the front of the house was atrocious, I know it is not an ideal situation to do wthout your neighbours but was told it would be neat and tidy. The seam zig zagged onto my neighbours and back again and was really really noticeable. They came the next day and made it loook better, but that was the first red flag. The guy that came out to look at the work and wanting payment had all sorts of stories as to why the job was done like that to begin with, talked to his "boss" on the phone in Spanish but would not allow me to be near hom for these conversations. he kept walking away, and when I would follow he would dodge again. For the record, I don't speak Spanish, but was interesting to see him not be implicated if I did. All the arcged gaps I had on some shingle joins was told they would go down in a few days, which of course the didnt, and wondering now if I have ice build up there and the deterioration will be interesting to see when the snow goes. Now my real complaint. I know we live in Canada where snow and Ice is prevalent. Never an issue with icicles before, and only on the one side of the house, which melt and then freeze on back steps that lead to garage. None of my neighbours have the issue either, nor do the majority of houses in the hood. Called today and told them about this, somoene called back quickly, and an appointment was made for tomorrow after 12. a couple of hours later I had a call from Oliver to say he would be there in 15 minutes. I tld him I was not there, and the appointment is for tomorrow. he said that was not convenient, and anyhow icicles are normal he has them on his house. I tld him I am not satisfied with that answer and to come tomorrow as planned, he said no he is in the area now. When I called Professional Roofers back she said well he is there now I will just cancel tomorrow, I said fine what day and time will he come.... and so it went. Thanks Romina you did nothing to satisfy the customer. I called Oliver, and again he said its all normal, and if it is not leaking into the house, not a problem. Oliver... I dont intend to wait and see if it is leaking into the house.I can though have them come out and put electrical heaters at a cost to melt the ice. CHEERS. You are delusional if you think I would pay a 2nd time for your services t rectify an issue that has not been there before having your team do work on the roof. I will have another company come and have a look in the spring see if there is shingles causing the issue, if the ice guard is incorrect and seek advice from there. For the record Professional Roofers, other than this last week it has been a very mild winter with very little snow or ice. Buyer beware

I had the roof replace several years ago, last wind storm I lost some shingles.I emailed on a wednesday afternoon and next day 8:00 a.m. they were doing the repair, same colour shingle. no charge - Awesome service- strongly recommend to everyone .

everything was done on schedule and on budget. from set up to clean up, everything was good. The quote was much lower then the competition but the work was top notch.
