I have my roof replaced by Professional Roofers this August. I give comment today because I want to see how the roof works after rain and snow. Now looks they have done a good job and I am happy to give the score 9. Except the initial mistake in price estimation. But I trust Adam has done many things afterward to make the thing through and keep the project going. I am appreciated about this and has recommended the company to my neighbor.

I got the roof of my house re-done by Professional Roofers last month, the crew that was here was great and dealing with them was easy. No doubt this is indeed a professional company that you can trust.

Professional Roofers did an excellent job installing a new roof in my home. The crew arrived on time on the agreed day, and they installed the new shingles very thoroughly, focusing on quality and not on speed. After an initial misunderstanding regarding the price, Patrick, their sales representative, made a great effort to clarify and make things right. I really appreciate that, because it certainly feels reassuring to know that they are actually business out there that value and prioritize costumer satisfaction.

I had a leak in my roof and after contacting a few companies, I had Professional roofers replace the shingles on my roof in March, 2014. They were the most courteous and professional in their sales process and their pricing was in line, so I hired them. The job was done when they said it would be, they left the yard clean and the leak stopped. More recently I called them to complain that they removed a cage that was installed/screwed in to the soffit and did not re-attach it as they found it. Net result is that squirrels pulled it off enough to get back into the roof. I had to hire the Wildlife removal company once again to reinstall the cage properly. The cage was installed by a wildlife company (GTA) that is rated a 10 on this board. They spoke to this roofing company and told them that the squirrels could not have pulled off the cage the way it had been installed. I'm pleased to report that Professional Roofers stepped up and picked up the cost to fix the cage. Much appreciated Professional Roofers - thank you!

After some due diligence in getting three quotes from three roofing contractors, Professional Roofers came in at the lowest bid to re-shingle our roof. My wife and I had done our research and were impressed with the level of detail provided with their quote, giving us an additional booklet on proper roofing and installation techniques they commonly use. We were also impressed with the reviews and ratings we found on sites like Homestar in reference to the work done by Professional Roofers. The roofers had come promptly on the scheduled day and time and spent the entire day and the better part of the early evening completing the work. After inspecting it the next day, my wife and I had found some deficiencies with some of the work, which is common for any home reno project. We had communicated these deficiencies to the contractor with some pictures to indicate exactly where they were. Without hesitation, the owner of the contracting company, Oscar, and Roberto, the owner of Professional Roofers, assured us that they wanted to make sure that my wife and I were completely happy with the work done on the roof and scheduled some workers to come back and fix the deficiencies. After inspecting the work again, my wife and I were extremely happy with the end result and were thoroughly impressed with the dedication from both Oscar and Roberto to get the job done right. We would definitely recommend Professional Roofers to anyone seeking roofing work.

Had Professional Roofers install new roof and drip edge in October 2013 - work seemed fine however drip edge seemed too long. One year later - had eaves replaced and to my dismay - they claim that the drip edge installed was for flat roofs. Eaves company had to remove drip edge and install new (correct) drip edge. Too bad as I was initially happy with their work. If getting a drip edge - clarify in advance.

***FINAL UPDATE**** True to his word, owner sent a carpenter to fix the hole. Eduardo is a true pro, making sure it was done correctly and it looks great. Here's a case where a company recognized dissatisfaction and reacted. I'm very impressed. Please be sure to fully understand what your contractor is going to do before the work starts. ****UPDATE***** Owner answered my complaint and promised to make this right. Agree that some miscommunication took place. He seems very sincere. We called to have a hole in our porch fixed. They came by and left a quote for us - the service as described "Fix Porch Roof". They followed up with a phone call and we made an appointment to meet to discuss. When he showed up I pointed to the hole, an obvious problem, and told them i wanted it fixed before winter. No problem. He called me later that day, suddenly they had an 'opening' and I shold get this done ASAP because they would be very busy in October. I reluctantly agreed. So they arrived on a Saturday morning, all I saw coming out of their truck was roof shingles. I went out and asked about the hole - the reason they were there in the first place. They told me 'No, we're not fixing that". WTH? That's what I called to have fixed in the first place. By this time they had already removed a portion of my roof tiles. I immediately called the office, spoke to the manager, and was assured that the roof also needed fixing, and he would come on Monday to discuss the rest of the job. He did arrive, promised to give me a very good price to repair the hole - and he would have something to me by the end of the week. Over 2 weeks go by and I follow up with a few phone calls. He gives me a price of $3700 + HST over the phone - I believe an inflated price to make me go away. No written estimate, no discussion, nothing but a number. This was poorly handled from the outset. They ignored the obvious problem - a HOLE in the top of my porch! Now $1500 for that and another $4k+++?! Are you kidding me?

BELIEVE all of their negative reviews... there is NOTHING professional about them!!!! They replaced my entire roof in 2014 and it looked great! I was reasonably happy with the look and thought everything was fine. In April of 2018 we got hit by a massive wind storm and much of my 4 year old roof was destroyed. Most of my neighbours had no issues. I thought it must be due to lack of trees on my property. Professional roofers repaired it again. Well... low and behold we get hit by another wind storm this past Sunday.... my roof was decimated again. I had Sebastian cometo my home to provide an estimate in a very timely fashion. He didn't go onto the roof to properly assess the damage and only walked around my home. Sure, no problem, he saw what he needed to and he would need to repair anything he missed. He was unwilling to tarp my roof as his crews are too busy. My insurance adjuster insisted and they sent out their roofing company. Boy am I ever glad that she did!!! The roofers showed me how EVERY single shingle that came off my roof was nailed incorrectly!! I can't believe that a company that ONLY does roofing can't lay shingles properly!!! Now, I honestly believe that this is their way of getting repeat business!!! I googled where to nail a shingle and can clearly see that they put them in the wrong places. I will NEVER deal with these clowns again!! BELIEVE all of their negative reviews... there is NOTHING professional about them!!!!

I needed to have some work done on my roof so I called some companies to come over and check exactly what needed to be done. Deigo came over to go over the details with me he offered us a solar vent with the package. He was honest, straightforward..didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. Price was reasonable relative to other companies. The workers were hardworking and in good spirits throughout the day. Did a great job. Cleaned up perfectly...returned fix a few leaks in eaves troughs. Great company.

I called this company last year because I wanted to add some venting to the roof, when they came out they assessed that the roof would shortly need to be done so this year i called them back to have the new roof installed. We did not have any problems with the workers or any of the people from this company everything was very good
