We recently had our shingles and some of our roof boards replaced by Professional Roofers. Sebastian was very friendly and helpful in suggesting which materials to choose. The crew was polite and professional and left our yard spotless. The job was done sooner than we expected and we were very satisfied with the work. Oscar came by to make sure we were happy with the job and explain the warranty process and we received a follow-up call as well. Great communication. I like the fact that the company is family-run and does not outsource jobs. I would recommend Professional Roofers to anyone.

After noticing a leak in our bedroom ceiling we contacted two roofing companies who had high ratings on Homestars to obtain quotes. We had to leave a message with one company. They did not return our call. Professional Roofers answered our call and made an appointment to come out and to do an inspection and to give us a quote. Jorge arrived early for our appointment and after introducing himself went up on the roof to take a look. He confirmed that we needed to have the roof replaced. He came into our house and professionally explained what the problem was and how it would be addressed. He gave us what we considered to be a reasonable a quote. He told us that if we chose his company that they were booking appointments for 2-3 weeks later. This was a concern because of the leak. While there had only been a minimum of damage so far, we were afraid that it could become much worse. Jorge told us that he could send out a crew the next day to tarp the roof. We agreed and we signed the contract. The next day two men arrived from Professional Roofers, even though it was the Canada Day holiday. They spent a great deal of time on the roof and very carefully and completely covered the area of the roof where the leak had originated. On the day scheduled for the shingle replacement the Professional Roofers' crew arrived right on time and started in on their work. They tarped several areas around the perimter of the house to catch debris.They worked right through the morning and into the afternoon, even during a brief period of rain. During and at the end of the job they cleaned up the debris that fell from the roof. At the end of the day the roof looked great. A couple of days later I got a call from Professional Roofers to ask if I was happy with their work. I've never had a company do that before. I was impressed. I purposely waited several weeks to post this review as I wanted to go through several periods of rain to make sure everything was high and dry and it has been. Our neighbours recently decided that they needed a new roof and eavestroughs and I was happy to recommended Professional Roofers to them.

i called professional roofers i had problems with my roof they offered me a tune up with a 1 year warranty, and they were able able to fix all the leaks and they gave a great service over all.

We used Pro Roofers as a sub contractor for a front eaves replacement job. It is great that they would come for a small volume job. We have used them three times now. the quality of the job was great, other than showig up when they say and rescheduling we are satisfied

Our experience from start to finish was hassle-free, straight-forward, and, in the end, very satisfying! Sebastian came to provide our free estimate. He was professional, explained everything to us in detail, and the actual cost turned out to be exactly what he had quoted us, with no surprises. Luis and the team that came to do the work were prompt, proficient and professional! They cleaned up the old shingle debris and stray nails so well, you would not have known they had even been there! One of our neighbors who used to do roofs for a living even commented that the guys had done a great job (he had watched them work!). We have had many compliments on the roof and after a couple of storms we are leak-free! We were quoted significantly less by some "no-name" roofers, but we are so glad we went with Professional Roofers. We are at peace knowing our roof came with a warranty. We would recommend these guys in a heartbeat and will be sure to share our positive experience with our friends and family! From the quote from Patrick to the actual work being completed the experience dealing with Professional Roofers has been exceptional. Shingles were replaced with new eaves and downspouts on the house, they even installed a FREE solar vent. Being a new homeowner I was nervous getting the work done but I need not have worried, every person I dealt with were very patient with my endless questions. I would recommend them.

Had three different quotes.Neighbour and I share roof.Professional roofers were competitive. Professional in their assessment and explaining exactly what was going too be done. Came on time with polite pleasant crew who finished ahead of schedule. No mess afterwards.

I called professional roofers to assess my roof because i saw that the shingles looked a little rough, a man named Jorge came over from this company he did the assessment he was professional he explained everything to us and the roof was done a few weeks later. They are a good company, very reliable.

this year professional roofers installed some new shingles for me and last year i had them install new eaves. they repaired the damage i had from a fallen tree and skylight. they are a good company I worked with Sebastian was the estimator i worked with he is very knowledgeable.
