Although our home is only ten years old, we had experienced leaking in heavy rainstorms. We decided to replace our roof earlier rather than later knowing that the problem would worsen over time. We used HomeStars to find a reputable roofing company and contacts most of the top rated roofers. Of the ones that called us back, Professional Roofers was the only one that quickly replied and came back with one of the more reasonable estimates. Jorge was the estimator who came to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and, because I had done my homework before his visit (and more after his visit to corroborate what he told us, I felt comfortable with all of his advice. He recommended closed valleys as opposed to the open valleys that existed on our roof (the valleys has also been the source of our leaks as there was also no ice/water shield underneath before). Once we decided to go ahead with the job, Jorge came back that evening (working around our schedule) and we selected our shingles (IKO Lifetime). Work was to begin just a few weeks later. As scheduled on May 28, the shingles were delivered and Fernando and his team came to work on our roof. And work they did! The weather was incredibly hot and humid and our roof is complex with many peaks and valleys and dormers. Other than some brief breaks for water, they worked none stop from about 8:30am to 7:00pm on the first day. Jorge has said the job would take two days and Fernando and team made sure that it would be finished by the end of the second day. By the later afternoon on day two, the job was complete. The cleanup was very thorough. Since they completed the work I have only found one nail and a few 1 inch square pieces of shingle. We have had some very heavy wind-driven rains since (just the type of weather that caused leaking before) and have had no leaks whatsoever. The 15 Year warranty that Professional Roofers provides also gives us peace of mind for the longer term. We have already recommended HomeStars to some of our friends and neighbours.

I was impressed with the quality of work from the people at professional roofers, whether it was the sales associate or the crew and even the inspector, everyone acted professionally and knowledgeably. I was particularly impressed with the three layer valley system they installed. I have already recommended this company to people that I know.

I think professionalroofers is a great company, they knew exactly what they were doing, very well informend. The people who installed my roof worked hard and efficently, they didnt cause any problem everything went smoothly and they cleaned up the garbage when they were finished.

In December I had my eaves, soffia and fscia done by professional roofers, they came and quoted my house and worked smoothly without problem or complications. I am very happy with their services and professionalism. Although there were a couple of small interruptions in the installation, I was happy that I was able to find a reliable company to do work during the winter time.

I live in North York I just got my roof finished by professional roofers in early April. I would like to say that the customer service of this company was very good, I saw some advertisements around the city called the company, the office sent Patrick to my house for the quote and he offered me a good price for everything that I needed. The workers showed up on time, finished quickly and cleaned up the their mess. I was completely satisfied with a job well done!

I am very please with the work done on my roof. From the lady that answered the phone when I first called to the workers that did the work , everyone was very friendly and professional. Ariel, their sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and friendly . The work was done all in one day and they cleaned up everything before they left. Job well done!
