Diego came and was very polite and gave a great quote to redo my roof. They came on scheduled date and were very efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Oscar came at the end for quality control and gave me a walkthru of work to make sure i was satisfied. Would definitely recommend them.

Review from Etobicoke, I have a 1000 sq ft bungalo with low slop and recently had my roof replaced by Professional roofers. They did a great job , fast and good. Done by the end of the day with everything cleaned up very good. Used GAF shingles for this job with standard underlay. The price was a little steep for the size of the house but needed to get it replaced asap. It also came with a solor vent for the roof just to note. I would recomemnd these guys 100% but just a little pricy. R

My shingles were in terrible shape and our roof had only been reshingled about 12 years ago and that company is no longer in business. I called in a few roofers to take a look at the problem but I was the most comfortable with the information given by Patrick of Professional Roofers. We had made an appointment and on that day, he called prior to the time to tell me he would be a little bit late and gave me his estimated time of arrival (to me this was a good start to the potential relationship). Once he arrived he climbed on the roof and gave me a detailed estimate and was able to answer all my questions. One of the other reasons why I initially liked his company was that someone answered my first phone call and was able to arrange an appointment right away so I didn't have to wait for someone to call me back. A week before installation the office called to confirm the shingle colour choice and then a few days before, I also received another confirmation call. The installation itself was very smooth and the crew was fantastic. They worked very hard and it was a sweltering day. They took care to protect the windows of my home and my neighbour's air conditioner. I really appreciated the forethought. Clean-up was wonderful and they took care to clean both sides of my neighbours as well since the houses were quite close together. All-in-all a great experience and hopefully we will never have to call their 24hour emergency roofing service but we are glad that there will be someone on the other end of the line should be ever need it. I would highly recommend this company to others and have already done so!

We are pleased with our experience with Professional Roofers team. The installers all worked very hard from the morning until job done. They provided feedback and showed us the top of the roof as some plywood need to be replaced. One of the installer even came back the next day to ensure all is at our satisfaction and cleaned up the mess on our garage door. Unfortunately, even they cleaned up the placed, we were able to find dozen of nails on the ground and saw some scratch on the windows and walls (of the 2nd floor). We have young children so now we are very careful when they play around the house or in the yard. I will still recommend to our neighbors and friends.

This company is skilled all the way through from the quote to the installation. Ariel was polite and courteous. The office went so far as to call me and offer me a sale on the product I picked to upgrade from 30 year shingles to life time. I was impressed with the professionalism of this company and the roof looks good.

We had a very good experience with professional roofers from start to finish. Diego's was the last of several quotes we got for the day and was significantly lower than the rest. He had a lot of documentation that explained what they were going to do and the options available. Although they weren't able to start until a few weeks later because they were fully booked, they put a tarp over part of the roof to block the source of a leak we had. The day of the work appointment they arrived on time and got started right away. Temperatures got into the mid-30s with a humidex in the 40s but they didn't stop working. Unfortunately for us a lot of the plywood under the shingles had to replaced so that added substantially to the cost; but again the price they quoted per plywood sheet was a lot than the competition. Roberto came over the next day and invited me to see their work. This was a very useful exercise and a big plus for me. He didn't rush anything and was fun and personable the whole time. He also discussed the generous non-prorated warranty (that includes labour).

Patrick, out of the 5 roofing companies I called for an estimate, was the ONLY one who accommodated my schedule, and came when I was home (in the early evening after work). He took his time explaining the process, explained several different options and costs, and provided a folder FULL of information, shingle samples, and 'roof buying guide'. He'd answer every time I called, and was happy to answer any question I had. Although I had to wait almost 2 weeks for the job, his crew came on time, and worked hard the entire day despite the 30+ degree heat. If I were to nitpick, the only complaints I have (or my wife has) is that flashing under 1 window is not aesthetically pleasing, they put some of their heavy equipment on the lawn, we had to clean the inside of the house after the removal of the old skylight, and she's still finding shingle and nails in the garden - however, all par course for a 4 layer shingle removal job I suppose. The price was only slightly higher than the other quotes I received, but I paid for the excellent service, and so far worth the investment.

Starting from quoting, I could see Professional Roofers people are very dedicated to their business. They don't necessarily say yes on everything to me, instead, they gave me their professional comments which I can compare with their competitors. I found their price is competitive and the job well done. During the installation, the weather changed and a thunderstorm passed by quickly. Thier installation people quicky put up the plastic sheets to cover the unfinished portions. They were all wet and soaked but this showed their professionism. After the job is done and before I paid, their manager came to show me everything including taking pictures on the roof which I am not willing to go up. Overall, I am satified with the money which I had spent. By the way, they went a step further helping to repair a few shingles of my neighbour's house.

The service of professional roofers was very sastisfactory, I am happy with thier services. They did a very good job, cleaned up the mess and the work started and finished when they told me it would. I would reccomend this company.

Highly professional installation, started off on a great note from Jorge (sales associate) to the installation team. I even had bird nest problems causign issues and holes that the team addressed. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism as well as the inspection. Thank you very much for a job well done
