From the time George came to provide an estimate for my roof he was very polite and understanding of my concerns. I was not certain right off the bat whether I would give the go, so George went off and I continued to call the very informed office staff, who answered all of my questions. Finally after much thought, my husband and I decided to sign the contract, it was the best decision we made. Following was the installation which was provided by a group of 4 very neat and hardworking individuals. Once the job was complete, the parameter surrounding my home was cleared of any mess, which was a relief! Lastly the inspector who was also very knowledgeable went over all of the contract details once again. He checked my roof, approved the job and I was good to go! I will definitely recommend professional roofers to anyone who needs a job well done!

The roofing team knew what they were doing. They replaced roofing plywood only where needed and did a nice job. They cleaned up reasonably well after the job. They were very pleasant and did everything I asked them to do including installing two bathroom vents and an attic ventilator. Their fee was reasonable. I really liked the idea that they use a trailor for the debris removal and that saves the driveway from damage and saves us waiting for a bin to be removed. Nice job all around. finally, Jorge was great to deal with!

Very professional, well mannered, on time and cleaned up my whole yard and believe me my yard is huge! To make a long story short we had a previous roofer take a down payment of $ 5000.00 and disapperared. So we did some research and many of our neighbors recommended Professional Roofers, so we went with them mainly because they didn't require a down payment. They said that when the work is totally completed and checked by a quality control manager and we were satisfied then we could pay them. (not to many companies do this). I would like to say thank you to Jorge for giving me all the information on roofing and giving me a really good quote. Jorge is the estimator who made me make the best decision on my home renovation plans. THANKS JORGE AND THANKS PROFESSIONAL ROOFERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't normally post online, but I am so pleased with my experience with Professionalroofers.com (Uxdu), I felt compelled to post. I can't say enough good things about Professionalroofers.com. I had heard many horror stories about roofers and was quite nervous about tackling the matter of replacing the roof of the house I recently purchased. A friend suggested that I call Roberto at Professionalroofers.com. The team at Professionalroofers.com was very friendly and helpful. Roberto came to inspect my roof and provide an estimate within a week. The job was very complex because the the existing roof was slate plus two layers of shingles. Also, the house is a very old row house, which means very tight working space. This was not a fun job for anyone! Roberto and his team removed the layer of damaged slate and the layers of shingles completed the new roof all in one day. And it was all delivered for the estimated price. It was incredible! When I went by that afternoon to inspect, not only was the roof terrific, but the surrounding area was completely clean and tidy. To top it off, they also gave me an upgrade on the shingles. I should also mention that my roofing project was delayed by about 18 months; however, Professionalroofers.com stuck with their original estimate. Even though they had the opportunity, they did not increase the estimate. I will definitely be using Professionalroofers.com again and recommending them to my friends. We were required to replace our roof on an emergency basis after suffering a nasty roof leak only a few weeks after moving into our new home. Professional Roofers came recommended from a friend in East York. Their estimate was the lowest, but more importantly, they were thorough and professional to deal with in all respects, from providing a detailed estimate to following through after the job was completed to answer our questions. Most impressively, they performed a quick repair job within two days at no additional cost to hold us over until they could do the complete replacement of the roof. My new roof looks great and we have had no more leaks!

Professionalism from the beginning to the end. Ariel, the estimator was 100% pleasant and knowledgable. He supplied me with a booklet along with my estimate that explained everything that I needed to know about my roof. Ariel came to my house and helped me with all my questions and showed me different colours and samples. Then there were the workers, they came right on time, were so polite and efficient. I had 8 roofing companies come to my home to give me quotes and none of them compared to Professional Roofers. I will recommend Professional Roofers to my family and friends. A Job Well Done. I've been procrastinating on reshingling our roof for the last few years. Finally did something once i noticed a tiny hole in our roof as we were getting some attic insulation put in. I got a couple of quotes, including Professional Roofers. I have to say i'm completely impressed with the service we received right from the start. Called them on a Friday afternoon and Jorge called me later that day to set up a time to come and see the job. He said that he would be here by 1pm the next day. My weekends are very important to me and waiting for a contractor is the last thing i want to do on a Saturday. But what do you know. Jorge showed up on time and gave me a quote which was in the middle of the ones i received so definitely not the cheapest. Jorge was professional and i told him about the small hole i saw in our roof. He said that he could send a guy to look at it and patch it up temporarily until the job was scheduled. This was late November. What do u know i procrastinated again for another 2 weeks and finally gave Jorge a call mid December and told him i wanted to go ahead with them. He told me he would come by the next morning at 8am (again he showed up on time) for me to sign the contract and literally 2 hours later one of his guys showed up ready to patch the hole. I was so impressed and he relieved my worries of a massive leak over the holidays. They scheduled the job for early January (weather permitting). Oh yeah, i also forgot to say that Jorge also upgraded my shingles for free:) When the scheduled date came around it was really, really cold that week and i was sure that they would bail. Oh yeah, they also didnt take a deposit:) Talk about trust! What do u know, a few guys show up and started work. Was i impressed. My wife also told me that these guys were really polite. They also sent over a supervisor for quality assurance. How many roofing companies do this? The supervisor checked the work and also noticed some debris which the guys cleaned up immediately. They even cleaned up behind the bbq we have on the deck. Again totally impressed! When i got home the place was literally spotless. Now get this, heres the kicker. They even told me not to worry about the payment upon completion and that they could pick it up from me when it was convenient. Talk about outstanding service and going the extra mile. I would totally use these guys the next time i need to re-roof and have already recommended to friends! Really amazing and these guys really do set the bar HIGH! I received 5 quotes for replacing my roof, which were all over the map, ranging from $7,000 to $20,000 (one even wanted $10,000 for scaffolding alone!). My roof was a bit tricky for a number of reasons: - was already leaking - needed removal of 3 layers of old shingles - steep slopes - flat-roofed sections - very high up (3 stories), and only 4' from the sidewalk - fascia & soffit needed replacing - late November (cold & not much daylight) Professional Roofers' estimate was not the lowest, but it was very reasonable. Furthermore, their estimator/representative (Diego) provided me with a comprehensive quote, and took the time to explain all the details of the work. The roofers arrived on time, completed on schedule and cleaned up the mess (my property, the adjacent neighbours' and sidewalk) very well. They used high quality materials and the finished work looks great. The only reason I docked them a star is that the metalwork guys left a bit of a mess (asphalt and strips of metal) in my backyard, and the roofers overlapped my neighbour's roof by a fair bit (I own a semi). I am fine with the latter if it was necessary to prevent a leak, but I would have liked to have known that this may happen in advance so I could have selected shingles that better matched the neighbours'. Overall, very satisfied.

I'd already found a contractor that I was interested in using, but my wife suggested shopping around some more and we contracted ProfessionalRoofers.com ("UXDU Contracting"). Our original requested was to have our fairly complex and large roof replaced and Diego came out to see us and not only provided one of the most professional looking quote packages, also came back to drop off shingle samples. We also decided to replace our eaves with a premium (Alu-tek) product and they did the whole job quickly and professionally. One added bonus was they were able to get a promotional deal from their supplier and upgrade our choice of shingles from 30-year architectural to 40-year. Diego kept in touch all along the way, and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would definitely recommend at least getting a quote from them!
