I got estimates for re-roofing our 1890s Victorian from 4 other companies. I felt good about going with Professional Roofers based partly on the reviews here, and partly on the impression I got from the representative they sent over. They did the entire job in 1 day -- they removed all the old shingles, installed underlay and icing material everywhere, installed 30-yr shingles over top, installed 2 new vents, and even moved the installation of the turbine vent for us. The job was very messy as all the old material came down -- by 6pm you could not tell that any work had been done, they left the property spotless. We have a 10 year warranty on all labour, and peace of mind that we fixed out roof before it turned into a problem. This company knows what they are doing and they deliver what they promise.

I would like to recomment Professional Roofers to all home start readers, I was in need of a emergency repair in my house. They were the only company who answer the phone in the evening and as Astrid told me they arrive on time and were very professionals in their repaired. Patrick came to provide an Estimate for my problem roof. I had three leaks, one of which I was able to correct temporarily from the inside and put buckets under the other two. He examined the roof and recommended that due to aging shingles, it was advisable to redo the roof. He sat down and explained thoroughly all of the options available going through each one and providing a booklet explaining each item. This was great because you could look up all the information later. He offered to come and tarp the roof over the leaks. Aug.27th was arranged for the work. The guys arrived that morning, covered over the tomato & flower garden, moved everything off the patio and began work. They were very efficient, got the work done quickly and the clean up was phenomenal - you wouldn't even know they were here (they also cleaned up the little bit that blew over the fence into the next yard) Oscar arrived and examined the roof to make sure everything was done properly. I have already recommended this company to some people and will continue to do so.

I would like to recommend Professional Roofers to all readers out there. I had my roof done by them back in 2002 and had never a problem until the racoons decided to make a home out of my roof. I called Roberto and explained the situation even though it was a Mother Nature problem they still came inspect the roof and repaired it at a very low cost, because I was their customer. I find them very honest and reliable company who had been around for a long time which is unusual in this kind of business. Thank you Professional Roofers.

Professional roofer was one of the last company I contacted after I almost went with another company. The timely response I got from Jorge coupled with his friendly and professional attitude got me interested. The house was leaking badly and we decided to change the entire roof, Jorge offered to do a quick fix pending the installation of new roof and he gave great prices on some other products but we went with Certainteed. We discussed the time of the installation as it affects my availability, Jorge made one phone call and said we could do it by month end; but we did it mid month eventually. I was happy Jorge kept to his words though I gave up hope of any quick fix after agreeing to a new roof but a repair man showed on Saturday! Good to have a company that keeps to their words. The roofers showed up at about 7:30am and kept at it till the job was neatly done. Although I couldn't get on the roof with Oscar to inspect the job, I believe they kept to the terms of the job. Also good to know that they don't bother you by asking for down-payment. It was a great team with great attitude, the price was average compared with other quotes that I got and they left my house in very clean condition. All the dirt/waste and nails were removed making it difficult to believe a new roof was installed. Good job guys and keep it up. Hope you can keep building on the success.

I found you company after searching the internet, during that time I called several companies some were close after hours, other the answer machine was on. But Professional Roofers answer me right away and booked me, with George who assist me with all my questions and help me to understand the different products that are out there. I asked for several more quotations after our meeting but after been stood up, lateness and luck of ability to meet my requirements I choose Professional Roofers, they did the job on time, provide me with all their licences, insurance and documents up to date and did a wonderfully job in my house. Congratulation in your good organizations skills I was very impress, and yes, I would surely recommend you to any body that needs a new roof.

That’s the questions I asked my self when I found you through the coupons (Inside and Out). The customers service from the office was outstanding Olga booked me for the next day with Diego who explained to me that they are a family business, who specialist in all type of shingles. From the moment he arrived on time to the time the job was finished I was very impress of how fast and efficient they all work. Oscar the Supervisor come and inspect the roof with me to made sure everything was done the way I wanted and was in the contract. Great job guys keep up the good work.

I had some work done by Professional Roofers at the back end of my house, a portion of roof that was more worn then the rest. While it wasn't the cheapest quote we received I still decided to use them because of their warranties and professional attitude. When we called to request a quote they were very polite over the phone. The quote process was scheduled for 12:00pm, and though they did not show up at that time, I got a call at 12:01pm explaining that they were running a bit late, and needed a bit more time. While I was a little annoyed at the time I was extremely impressed that they had shown the consideration to give a call and explanation, just for a quote. We had to wait a few weeks for the work to be done, but the work wasn't urgent so I didn't mind, and it was understandable that they had a bit of a back log from people trying to beat the upcoming HST. They did, however, arrive bright and early, around 8:15am, on the day they had promised to get the work done. All of the workers were extremely polite and wasted no time getting to work. The job was completed to satisfaction and for the price that was previously quoted, to the cent. They also did a couple of extra things that weren't in the contract. They left absolutely no mess behind and finished the job in the timeframe they had determined. I highly recommend this company, like i said, wasn't the cheapest quote, but I feel that with the service, speed and warranty, it was well worth it. Thanks Patrick and team!
