Alex B. came to make the annual maintenance service for the furnace, he was very professional and answered all my concerns about that old furnace of mine and changed the air filter. With pleasant manner he walked me into future options when I have to replace the furnace. Very good service. Tky

Eric came by for annual furnace maintenance. He was courteous, thorough, friendly, and will definitely ask to have him back if and when my furnace needs anything done. Couldn't be happier.

This was a regularly scheduled servicing i.e. every Fall under our maintenance plan. The technician, Alex B. arrived on time , was polite, respectful and thorough in the Job he did. He took the time to explain everything he had done and the minor repair he had made. My service technician, Eric, is cheerful, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. Over the several years he has been maintaining my furnace and air conditioner, we have become firm friends. I always learn something new from him. I have been with Atlas for 30 years and have always been impressed with their service.

New homeowner, the first time I turned the water on noticed the hot water tank leaking. During home renos, so timing was critical. Matt responded same day and I had a new system installed the following day! Booked a service call for the rest of the system. Ryan was fantastic, carefully explained what he was testing, what he found, didn't recommend anything I didn't need, and was really helpful in explaining what I needed and why.

Technician by the name of Eric did the job. He was friendly, explained everything and seemed like a very competent person. I would be happy to have him back every year to check the furnace.

Annual furnace check up as part of home heating plan. Appointment scheduling was easy, technician was on time, work was completed courteously and promptly. This is the end of my 30 words.

Chris from Atlas Care came out for the annual maintenance on our furnace. He was punctual and very courteous as are all employees from this company. He completed the service and explained everything he did before he left. We have had this company come to fix our furnace on other occasions other than the regular maintenance and the service was the same. Friendly, confident and understanding. On time and did what he said he would do. Explain before and after the work process and made recommendations based on experience. At no time did it look like he was kn a hurry to leave. Never once saw him distracted with a cell phone. It was left in the truck. I admire the young man that carried out the task he was trusted to do from begining to end. Thank you
