We have been AtlasCare clients for 20+ years. They maintain our furnace, air conditioner and central filter system. In the past they have cleaned out our heating ducts and installed a new rental water heater. A few years ago they replaced our furnace with a high-efficiency unit. This week Alex B. came to our house to do the annual furnace maintenance. As with every other Atlas technician, he came on time, was polite, and did his work carefully and efficiently. He recommended replacing a part that is almost worn out, double-checked with his supervisor, and arranged for the part to be ordered and the Service Department to call me back for an appointment when the part comes in.

I have had the pleasure of having Eric the representative that services my units in the spring and fall. Very knowledgeable an absolute pleasure to have in my home. I feel like things I have no clue about are being looked at and inspected with care and these are things I do not like to fool around with if I had a faulty furnace or A/C for that matter. Peace of mind in a nutshell!

Eric did a great job with the service cleaning. Polite knowledgable with good recommendations. Would recommend as a repeat service person. Give them a call if you wish to get a good quote and product

Anthony and Travis did a great job. They were very professional, making sure they wore their booties every time they went in and out of the house. I am very happy with their service.

Your Service staff -- Eric has done a very good job in service for my furnace and humidifier, and the installation of a bonding for the Gas-line and water-pipe today. I am very satisfy with his performance today

First experience with AtlasCare, Garrett and Travis arrived on time. Explained every step of the job, showed us section of the duct and how dirty it was, took pictures throughout. Very professional and took time at the end to give us advice on keeping the ducts as clean as possible, and other items that we could improve with the HVAC. We then called AtlasCare back to replace our humidifier. This job was also approximately $500...got quotes from other companies, AtlasCare took the most time to ask questions, and were right in the middle in terms of price (while spending more time on the phone and ensuring we had the right product). Will use AtlasCare for all our needs in the future. Paul (?) took care of this job and was also incredibly professional.

Eric was professional, polite....... a pleasure to have in my home.....excellent work! He brought the air conditioner back into perfect working order. He left everything clean and neat. Would highly recommend him to others!

On one of the hottest days of the year, our ductless A/C unit started dripping water from the inside unit. The unit is close to 17 years old and I was worried that it would be an expensive repair. I called a local company but they couldn't come for a week. I called AtlasCare and they could come same day. AMAZING! They even came earlier than forecasted. Al was the technician and he inspected the indoor and outdoor unit. He immediately saw that the unit was filthy. We only moved in a couple of years ago and never thought to have it cleaned. Al was tidy, courteous, informative, and overall a pleasure to deal with. The phone staff were equally pleasant. I would highly recommend AtlasCare and I will be calling them again for my HVAC needs.

In early June our AC failed AtlasCare's annual inspection. We met shortly thereafter with Sales Rep. Margaret K. (Oakville Office). From the outset, in discussing a suitable AC replacement and upgrade of our aging furnace, Margaret was the consummate professional. She was at all time courteous, well-prepared and informative and responded quickly by e-mail or phone to questions we had. She thoroughly reviewed equipment options suitable to our home's size, and in short order prepared a detailed proposal of the replacement cost, (including available company discounts and rebates). Once we agreed to the proposal, she scheduled an installation date suitable to our vacation dates. On July 18 (Heat Wave!) the installation team arrived, and Ms. K. attended personally during the day to check on their progress. Following installation, a wiring oversight shut down the whole system within the first hour...we contacted Ms. K. well past regular office hours, and she immediately contacted AtlasCare's troubleshooter, who arrived the same evening within two hours of her call, to correct the problem. In summary, she is an asset to AtlasCare both on a professional and personal level. It is a compliment to the company that it strives hard to have such people on its team. We have been clients of AtlasCare for some years and given our positive experience dealing with Ms. K., we will gladly continue our association with this highly reputable Canadian company.

We have had previous duct cleaning performed and it was not actually done. In this case we called the same company originally used and they admitted they had no idea how the first individual had done the job. We use Atlascare for our maintenance of the furnace and air conditioning and they offered to see if they could do the duct cleaning for us. Deshaun & Travis arrived evaluated the situation, said it was difficult and time consuming but it was possible. They were extremely professional explaining the whole process and walking us through each step. We watched the whole process and definitely knew our whole system was being cleaned including the dryer vent. We highly recommend their service and Deshaun & Travis are an excellent credit to AtlasCare. We don't normally do evaluations but they were fantastic and deserved the recognition.
