February 2016. While in France on a ski trip I received a text from my wife that we had no heat. Our service provider, AtlasCare was on site within two hours. Diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger. Our options were to either do a major repair on an old furnace or replace it with a new furnace. We made the decision to replace it and the new furnace was installed the next day. We bundled a new A/C in the deal as the existing one was 20 years old. A big thank you to the entire AtlasCare team. Response time, professionalism and competitive pricing even in an emergency situation. Nice to pick up the rebates from Lennox and Hydro as well.

Have used Atlas for my duct cleaning and furnace tune up for about 10 years now, since moving back to Toronto. Alex, Garrett and Anthony were professional to the end for the duct cleaning service provided. Perosnally, I recommend a regular duct cleaning to all (every 3-5 years and definitately after a reno). The thought that "something large" was extracted from our ducts makes me wonder what got down in there, but glad I had it cleaned. Whether or not it is just a mental perception, the feels "cleaner".

Anthony & Deshawn (for a duct cleaning) were on-time, were VERY respectful of our home, inside and out (mats, booties, clean-up, etc), and were most professional and courteous - noticeably above and beyond most other service providers. They were very thorough, nothing was "rushed to move on the next job", and they were excellent representatives of Atlas Care with whom we have had a service plan for several years (and have always received a similar level of courteous, respectful, professional service).

I would encourage anyone who needed their ducts cleaned to Atlas Care. They were exemplary. From start to finish they were efficient, hardworking and courteous. They spent the time to explain the process and benefits. I had Anthony, Alex and Travis and they were all amazing. they were respectful of my home, wore shoe covers, made sure my tile was covered to protect floor from the giant hose they used to vacuum the duct work. As a bonus they checked my dryer vent and discovered tons of dryer lint. I was very relieved to have that cleaned out as well, as it is a great fire hazard. Also I would like to thank Laura Katherine for booking my appointment. There are so many companies out there to be wary of and so I am glad that I found a company I can now recommend to my family and friends without concern. I especially appreciate how this company supports Community living Burlington with donations, a very dear to my heart organisation.

Extremely happy with the service of the company. Technicians, Deshawn, Alex and Travis took great care in the work they performed. Also quite pleased in how they returned items of furniture to there original locations. Very polite . Excellent team.

Friendly, on time, clean and helpful! Anthony and Deshawn were very professional and did a great job cleaning our air ducts. They even got our Dog's ball out of the duct work. Highly recommend.

We are very grateful for Atlas care who helped us a lot this winter. Our boiler stopped working and a team member came on a weekend to help us out. We purchased the service plan to maintain our furnace this year and do a tune up and we were very impressed with the team on this aspect as well. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and we are very happy customers. Thank you for the work that you do :)

Woke up Sunday AM with no heat, furnace had cut out entirely. Eric was dispatched to our home, arriving with a knock as requested due to child sleeping. Entered with foot covers on and a smile fixed the issue in half hr. Does not get better than this. Well done AtlasCare!

We just had Garrett, Travis and Alex out to our place to perform the duct cleaning after some large renovations we had to our upstairs. Everything about Atlas Care, from my dealings over the phone with Lasha to the 3 gentlemen who came to perform the procedure deserves the 10/10 rating. They came a little further out of their typical service zone for Grimsby and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We will be dealing with Atlas Care for all of our furnace and air conditioning needs in the future. They were prompt, incredibly careful with the house and all belongings, friendly and very professional. Truly, a fantastic company to deal with from the first phone call right through to the service performed. We have definitely become an Atlas Care customer. Thanks folks!
