Garret & Sean (Shawn?) from Atlas Care came to clean my duct work. They were very professional technicians & kept everything cleaned up well. Before commencing they described exactly what they were going to do & when they had completed the job they went over it again of what they had done .... very thorough. I had asked about cleaning out the dryer vent so they took a picture of the inside to see how dirty it was. They showed me & let me make the decision whether to have it done. They didn't recommend anything that didn't need to be done. I did have it cleaned as it's only an extra $99 with the duct cleaning. If they had come to do just the dryer, it would have cost about $200 + . They were very efficient, arrived on time & I was very happy with their work. I also have Atlas Care maintain all my furnace maintenance & they are very efficient.

Travis and Anthony were very courteous, and diligent about their work. Everything went smoothly and quickly. No fuss, no muss! They arrived on-time, set-up quickly and did a thorough, tidy job. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional and well mannered young men. They were very considerate of the dogs, and took care not to disrupt the house. Also were conscious of our dark hardwood floors not to mess them.

Anthony and Travis did a great job. Talked to me about what they would do, worked for 2 hours, completed the work and explained what they had done. Cleaned up and left leaving no mess.

Anthony cleaned our ducts. Very polite, friendly, & professional. Explained the process. Remembered my name and addressed me by name. Even remembered my dog's name. He should be in sales!! Great job!

Just had a complete upgrade consisting of a new furnace,air conditioner & HRV unit & could not be happier with the installation by the team of Nick G.,Dave D., &Ehsan G.The installation went without a hitch,all units working excellent. Clean up great. Instructions on use great. Would highly recommend this excellent team to handle any installation you require. Cudos to Atlas for having employees of this calibre handling installations. The air quality in our home is 100% improved with the new units.

AtlasCare has installed and maintained our heating and cooling equipment since 2002. The furnace in our current home was almost 15 years old and decided that a cold Wednesday night in mid February was a good time to “retire.” We contacted AtlasCare's after hours service that night and Rick quickly arrived at our home. He determined that the problem was a cracked heat exchanger and that the furnace was no longer safe to operate. He ordered a replacement part and also put us in contact with a sales representative because, at its age, it might be wiser to replace rather than repair the furnace. Margaret arrived on Thursday morning to assess our needs and discuss our options and she sent us a proposal for a new furnace, air filter, humidifier, and air conditioner that afternoon. Elizabeth was able to locate a replacement heat exchanger on Thursday morning but we opted to purchase new equipment. Dave and Venecio arrived on Friday morning to install the furnace, air filter, and humidifier and do the indoor work for the air conditioner. They completed the installation and work by late afternoon, including installing a new air intake and exhaust vent for the furnace. Our home was warm again in less than 48 hours! We are very pleased with our new equipment and look forward to the installation of the air conditioner when the snow and ice outside are gone. We are even more pleased with the speedy, courteous, and professional service that we received from AtlasCare's team of specialists. They turned a stressful situation into a positive outcome.

Communication and confirmation of appointment was very well done, we were kept informed when changes to appointment were needed. Travis & Anthony were both very professional and explained everything that was going to happen with the duct cleaning. Would recommend Atlas Care again

I recommend Deshawn and Alex to anyone. They did a professional job in a timely manner. We called other duct cleaning companies, which refused to do the job. AtlasCare has all tools making impossible, possible.

Had something go wrong with my furnace, the fan was working, but no hot air was coming out. I have a warranty on the furnace, which was purchased in 2014. I immediately called AtlasCare at 8pm on a Sunday and they had someone (Aaron) visit me within 2 hours of making the call. Aaron quickly assessed the situation and advised that a new part was needed. The next day, Kyle came and installed the malfunctioning piece and the furnace is working great. Both Aaron and Kyle were very professional and helpful. Would certainly do business with AtlasCare again.
