When we hired Atlas to install our new furnace we had no idea that the person who was selling the equipment had NOTHING to do with the installation or the installers. The installers made a mess of our hardwood floors and refused to fix it. They tried to cut our hardwood to make the floor openings bigger with a reciprocating saw and allowed the saw to bounce leaving nasty gouges in the surrounding hardwood. Also the salesman told us that they could install a new return vent on our top floor but what we got was a flex pipe which after a few months needed cleaning and we were not able to clean it. Believe none of what they say, they treat you like gold UNTIL they get your business.

I had a different technician this time and he was excellent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. His name was Quinton. I told him I had a problem in the winter with northeast winds blowing across my property from a park across the road and the snow swirling around my furnace vents. The snow has to be cleared often in a big storm and he went outside with me to see if we could think of a solution to the problem so I didn't have to get up all night in a big storm to clear the snow! His idea seems reasonable and I will try it.

Alex B did a great job, knew his stuff and was very courteous and efficient. He is great advantage to your company and and will be more so in the future I am sure. Do anything to keep him with the company, you will benefit! Marty Marks

Chris Wilson was my technician that was sent by AtlasCare to do the work. He was right on time and very courteous. Chris did an excellent job on all of the equipment, explained every thing, and left all of the working areas nice and clean. I was extremely happy with the service. Sincerely , M Phipps.

Garrett was a stellar technician and company spokesman. Went above and beyond to answer all questions and worked extremely hard to finish the job on time. I would never hesitate to call Atlas for any product.

Dave D. and Teddy were two of the most polite and conscientious service men that I have ever had in my house. I cannot say enough about them and I would take them back in a heartbeat. Efficient, polite, professional, punctual, totally dedicated to their work... congratulations on a job better than well done. I would recommend this company and their employees to anyone!!!!

Alex and Andrew were very efficient! We have been a customer of Atlas Care for 8 years. Annual service plan for heating and air conditioning plus they look after cleaning our dryer vents and cleaning our gas fireplaces on a regular basis. Would highly recommend this company. They are courteous, quick to respond (especially when your air conditioner breaks in a heatwave) and we have never had any issues. Love their service!!

Alex was very polite and patent in answering all my concerns. Took extra care in my home with the new hardwood floors and did a thorough job! Alex even took the time to answer my neighbour's questions regarding duct cleaning which resulted another sale for Atlas Care. Best of luck for Alex's future studies in the Fall.

Alexis was exactly on time. He was polite, clean and did a thorough job. As a young man, he represented himself well as well as the company he works for. A pleasure to work with. I wish him all the best with his future studies and success in this business.

Fraser did a great job explaining the various choices available when we decided to update our furnace, a/c system and humidifier. John the technician went out of his way to ensure that the installation went smoothly and that we were happy with the work. He took the time to answer our questions and explain how the equipment worked. Additional questions were handled by Fraser, and we would like to thank him. We have chosen to sign up for the 10 warranty by using Atlas care for our annual equipment inspection. We are pleased with the service and would happily recommend Atlas Care.
