After basement reno work we needed to get the ducts clean because of the drywall dust. Matt R. and Dave N. from AtlasCare came and did a great job cleaning each duct in the house. After they left, I remembered that I forgot to ask them to also have the central vac cleaned. I called the office and they were able to arrange them to return the same day, no problem, at the same reduced price for a single visit cleaning. After the cleaning the central vac suction has noticeably improved. The guys did a great job, and I'm very pleased with the exceptional service.

Atlas understands the peculiarities of the construction of homes in my development and their experience here has enabled them to recommend the best system. Installers Gary and Ershan were expert, informative, efficient and courteous. I am grateful to them.

Amazing workmanship and professionalism. The quality and care these guys show is above any other company I have dealt with in the past. Very friendly staff. They did everything I asked for and even installed my humidifier. I was able to gain 10 inches of space in my laundry room and it really helps. I cant say enough about how happy we are and the great sleep we had with the new and quiet a/c unit. Thanks guys!

Workers (Alex and Andrew) were diligent and professional.Explained what they were doing and showed us before and after pictures inside our ducts. Carefully removed vent covers without chipping the paint. I was impressed. Previous companies just wedged a hose through the slats (bending them) and waved a wand around. These guys opened and cleaned well. No mess, no fuss. I highly recommend this service. Although a bit pricey.. it was done well and worth it.

Dealing with Atlas was a pleasure from start to finish. They were prompt to respond and exceptionally professional and courteous throughout the project. At the end of installation, the house was immaculate - impossible to tell a major project had been done. And most important of all: the AC works perfectly.

I had the most wonderful technician Quinton to repair my furnace. He arrived early. He was courteous and very considerate to my house by wearing covers over his boots. He also explained and answers all my questions I had.

We have never had anything but great service from this company - for both services and repairs. Most recently, during an extreme heat advisory, our A/C stopped working. We contacted AtlasCare, who were able to send a technician within 24 hours. Quinton was prompt - he actually arrived early and contacted us to ensure that would be acceptable. He was courteous and considerate of our house, wearing booties when walking inside with his safety shoes. He diagnosed our failed blower motor, but unfortunately did not have the part on his truck. He advised us they would have to order the part and it would take 24 hours. The company subsequently contacted us an hour later and said that they were able to find the part and returned the same day to complete the repair. The whole experience was great!

Our thermostat died on a hot Sunday when we were expecting company. The technician was professional, polite, prompt, very tidy and a delight to have in our home. I would not be without AtlasCare on our side.

***Please be aware that this company will charge you a lot of money without fixing anything. Based on over 1000 reviews I contacted them with the hope that they are reliable and they will fix my AC. They answered to my call very quickly and I payed $170 for the first visit and telling me that a more senior technician has to check the AC because he is not experienced enough to see the problem with it. When the second technician came, he charged me over $300 and he was able to see the leaking of the coil. I ended to pay over $500 to tell me that the AC coil is leaking and I need to pay another $1550 to replace the coil. I asked other companies for estimates about replacing the coil and all the work involved with it and they gave me estimates between $900-$1100. I will give them 1 star because they were fast in answering but I would not recommend them to anyone because of their "Atlas" prices.

I have used Atlas for a number of years and have had them install 2 systems in two different homes with great satisfaction. I also use Atlas for my semi annual checkups (AC in the summer and Furnace in the winter) which has kept my systems running perfectly. Recently, serviceman Matthew B,whom we hadn't met before, made the summer service call . He was very thorough, patient and competent -- like the others who have come to our home over the years. He also gave me a hand moving a bulky item upstairs! Thanks Matthew B!
