They showed up on time and were both friendly and professional. Excellent Customer Service. Both of the individuals Alex and Andrew did an amazing job and my vents have never been cleaner.

Our furnace and aircon system shut down on us on the July long weekend at around 9PM. Stephanie was on call, responded to our call immediately and was at our home within an hour. Great, great service.

Quinton came to provide emergency repair for AC. Polite, friendly, walked me through trouble shooting and fully explained repair to me. Super competent and customer oriented. So good in answering all of my questions. The repair was fully covered with my annual maintenance plan (worth it for a 16 year old AC). I have come to expect only the gold standard in all Atlas staff and Quinton is no exception. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I had AtlasCare replace my furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and water tank. Their crew: David D. Nick K and Anthony D. did a superb job with the least amount of disruption for us. The installation was very tidy.They finished in less than a full day and left the place spotless

i'm a client for long time and i'm happy with atlas care and the most important is one of the employees his name is Quinton his very patience and explain everything and taking his time and he knows what his doing.

Problem with leaking air con on a very very hot day. Excellent response from dispatch, then the serviceman Gurmeet, arrived on time, calling to let us know he was enroute. He was knowledgeable, extremely professional and very helpful and informative in helping us understand the problems and the required solutions. We were extremely satisfied with his service.

Stephanie arrived when she said she would arrive; was professional and courteous; explained the problem; fixed the problem as best she could; and offered appropriate and practical long term solutions.

We have always had excellent care with Atlas Care. Today as usual the technician Quinton was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable in telling us how our AC is doing. I especially liked his patience and handling of our two dogs. He was terrific!
