    Identified and fixed a leaking water main, replacing poly with copper pipe. Super fast and professional, great work from a hardworking team. Took care of the logistics contacting the city and locate teams for water shutoff and gas and service location. Would recommend 100%

    Repair or maintain heating system: Repair; Furnace heating
    Had a terrible experience with customer service. It took about five days for the issue to be resolved. I was without heat for a week in the end. I called customer service at least 10 times and no one knew how to deal with warranties. They said they’ll get back, no one did. Finally after speaking to four different people, I got an answer. I was overcharged twice and then eventually the charge was adjusted with the repair service costs. They informed me at 10:30am that someone will be at my home between 12:00pm to 4:00pm. I called them up immediately to change the timeslot as I wasn’t informed sooner and I was not at home to give them access. Customer service said there was no other slot available until three days later. I was irritated but I told him to come between 12pm and 4pm as I have a baby at home and the weather was getting colder. The technician eventually came at 7pm,hah. The technicians were great, customer service weren’t great for sure.

    Jaylen did a super job repairing our plumbing issues. I appreciated his advice and patience in answering my questions and explaining what needed to be done.

    Stop leakage: Unknown problem
    Amazing service. The booking process was very well done and very friendly phone staff. It's amazing how a good person on the phone can give you confidence in whom you are hiring, I wish other contractors would understand that. We had a mysterious leak from behind a wall and the plumber was very thorough and friendly in hunting it down, only doing what needed to be done. Thankfully we found the problem and it wasn't a bad as we thought.

    IT was effortless. Christian arrived early, was thorough and helpful from beginning to end, and made sure I knew how to operate and maintain the new system.

    Repair toilet or toilet flush: Leakage
    The original purpose of the visit was to fix my broken toilet and leaky faucet, but I ended up getting 2 new toilets and 2 new faucets installed in a few hours! The service was very fast, and the workers were professional and friendly. After they left the condo was left in very good shape, no mess at all. Great job!
