    Furnace Repair

    Woke up to a freezing cold home and no hot water on a Saturday! Dreading the expense, I called Atlas. A repairman called me immediately and had me fixed up without a visit! I will be doing my maintenance with them now.

    Furnace stopped working

    I had one of those days you fear when on one of the coldest days of the year, you wake up and the furnace has stopped working. I googled "furnance" and contacted AtlasCare. The got back to me within the hour and the serviceman, Nemo, came by within 2 hours after that. After the inspection he said we required a circuit board and explained the options. After I gave him the go ahead he went back to the shop, got the board, came back and got the furnace going again by dinner-time. He was very professional, understanding and courteous and I would recommend AtlasCare highly.

    Emergency Furnace Repair

    We had an issue with our home furnace (Burlington) on the evening of Feb 19th 2013. We made a call to AtlasCare's 1800 number at about 1015pm and connected with a live voice immediately. The young lady that assisted was very professional and helpful and told us someone would be in touch within the hour. Three minutes later we received a call from a tech (Nemo). By 11:40pm the tech had left and the furnace was fixed. Great process and result. Nemo was quiet (I had told him on the call that we have 4 kids and 2 dogs sleeping) and courteous and explained everything. One other nice (but uncommon) thing I noticed; there was no attempt to sell any other product or service throughout the process. My wife and I find that extremely irritating. Wouldn't hesitate to use Atlas again. Keep up the good work. Thank you. Post note. There were some other issues that developed this morning and the tech was back by 10am, diagnosed the issue and repaired without additional charge.

    Funace Maintenance

    Have used AtlasCare for the last 6 years. Will never use another company for my furnace. My service technician for the most recent maintenance was Nimo, he has was professional and on-time as is typical of all AtlasCare technicians.

    Emergency Furnace Repair;

    Furnace went down on the Toronto snow day at 11pm! Called for emergency service and got a quick response (anxious with a sleeping baby at home - I really do mean a quick response!). Chris listened to the issue with the furnace and took the time to talk me through some things that could help fix the issue (water got into the intake pipe) and helped me fix the issue quickly and without having to make a trip. We really appreciate it and will definately continue to use this company in the future!

    Install new humidifier

    Our sales guy Gus Karathanasis was very responsive to my call and especially on emails. The installer came about 45 mins late from the appointment, but he called to give me a heads of because of the heavy traffic that morning - so I think it was pretty reasonable. Although the installer initially installed the humidifier on the return instead of on the supply side (which was indicated in the work order) because the space was harder to access on the supply side, he was willing to re-install the humidifier to the supply side (after I had called Gus and they both talked - and Gus was again immediately responsive) - he had to spend another 2 hours for his time to do that, which I appreciated. And overall we are happy about the service.

    examination of hot water tank

    We were having problems with our hot water tank and called Atlas. Within a few hours a technician named, Nimo, came to our house and assured us that there was nothing wrong with the tank. He made some minor adjustments to the tank and we were very pleased with his manner, expertise and advice.

    Furnace repair

    I would highly recommend AtlasCare to anyone looking to have their furnace repaired/serviced. Their technician, Nimo Mansouri, went the extra mile to get my furnace back up and running on a cold winter day.

    Replace Heat Pump

    In the night of Thursday to Friday our heating system failed which resulted in us losing all heat in our home. I called Atlascare emergency line at 5:30am and someone was there to answer. She indicated that I would receive a call from a technician by 8:30am and that he would be coming over the same day. The technician (Andrea) called me in the morning confirming he was about 30 minutes away from our house. Once here he proceeded to analyze the problem and determined tha the heat pump needed to be replaced. While he didn't have that part in his truck he called the service manager and they took the necessary steps to order the part on rush basis. They called me the same evening the confirm they received the pump and would be at my home today (Saturday) to install it by 10am. As expected a technician from Atlascare (Chris) was here this morning and installed the pump. I am happy to report that the heat is back on! I want to thank Atlascare for going out of there way during the snow storm to analyze the issue, pick up the required parts and coming back to install it. There empathy to my situation was evident and I appreciated the professional and friendly service/advcice I received. I recommend Atlascare to anyone that needs regular maintance or emergency repairs of their HVAC.

    Furnace

    A few weeks ago My furnace had stoped working and Kyle was at my home and had the heat back on in less than 2 hours. It is always a pleasure dealing with Atlas Care staff. Teresa Monaco
