The technician arrived on time, was very polite, gave helpful advice, the work was done in the time that was specified. I was very happy with the service! I have recomended AtlasCare to my neighbours and will be booking vent cleaning with them.

We have been impressed with AtlasCare since day one when they installed our furnace. The annual service providers are prompt, professional & efficient. Nimo is particularly great - personable, efficient and always finds a way to add value to a standard call. The highest level of client service!

Have used Atlas for over 10 years for annual maintenance of furnace, A/c, humidifier, and gas fireplace. Consistently have provided excellent service: on time, courteous, clean, knowledgeable, ... Emergencies addressed in timely manner. Recently, in our new home, compressor on 7 yr old A/C died, got a scratch and dent thru Atlas w full warrantly, better brand, much better sized and operation than former unit, and saved 25% - they knew $ was tight and really went the extra mile (scratch is tiny on on of legs supporting unit, like who cares). Again, from sales thru service, they were excellent. Have recommended them to family and friends, and continue to do so, without hesitation.

I had my annual furnace maintenance check and inspection. The technician, Nimo, was very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and highly professional. He was able to answer all of my questions about my furnace as well, he offered great, sound advice for good maintenance. Nimo also took the time refresh me on what plan i have and also about the other services AtlasCare provides. His passion and dedication to his job is very clear. Before left he gave me a bunch of pamphlets with great information about the company and ask if i could give them to family and friends. If an employee is that caring of a company they work for then i will have no problem referring them! A happy employee is a reflection of a great company. I was very pleased with Nimo's service today and I strongly recommend AtlasCare and Nimo, in particular. Thank you for giving our family a feeling of security, safety and warmth for the upcoming winter months.

We had our ducts thoroughly cleaned & sanitized by Ardi & Brad who were polite & a pleasure to deal with. They are proud of the work they do for AtlasCare. We would be pleased to recommend them & the company for duct cleaning. Thank you Ardi & Brad for a job well done!

My mother in law has been a customer of AtlasCare for many years now and she's been satisfied with their service so she arranged some contracts for me with AtlasCare. I used to get Jeff coming for my duct, AC and fireplace cleaning, I never complained, he was on time, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Once I got problems with my new humidifier that I bought from them, he came and within a minute, he knew it was faulty so he took it off and got me a newer one in no time! Recently I had Nimo for my AC cleaning. He was friendly, easy to talk with, knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. I have some other technicians from AtlasCare that came for their regular service, they are all great.

I have had a contract with Atlas for years. They have always done a fantastic job, always arrive exactly on time, and their Reps are super other than one employee that doesn't come here anymore. This year we had Nimo and he is a super nice guy and very efficient. Great company overall.

I had Ardi and Dave come over for some duct cleaning after we had just moved in. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job! Have already recommended them to some friends!

Nimo was here before schedule, was very professional and friendly and explained why my aircon was not working - gave helpful suggestions and quoted to have it repaired. I was very happy with the service and would recommend AtlasCare to friends and family.
