As every year the technician from AtlasCare showed up on time and did a complete review and test of the heating system. Being a relatively new system (2 yrs old) there were no problems. He changed the humidifier pad and recommended the Watre Savor be installed to make sure there was less excess water draining away. We may do thatr this year. Very pleased with the whole service experience!!

An older Humidifier was upgraded and a water saver was installed to reduce wasted water. Neat job. Installer took time to make the installation neat and tidy. Now we have to wait to test it when the weather gets colder - all too soon.

We just had our furnace tune up as part of our yearly plan with AtlasCare. Our technician was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. He walked me through what he was testing and explained everything step by step. I'm so glad he didn't mind me observing since I learned quite a bit about the furnace. Don't hesitate to use AtlasCare, we had them install both our furnace and air conditioning unit and are still amazed at how professional the service is. They show up as expected (unlike other companies) and even send reminder emails, txts with real time tracking of who and when the technician is arriving. Well done AtlasCare team!

As far as I can tell, they did a good enough job of cleaning the ducts, delivering the company line and doing the required upselling. However, Trevel used my vacuum cleaner to clean the furnace without asking and Nicholas locked himself in my bathroom for about a half hour, again without asking. Not completely professional.

I always use atlascare for my furnace and air conditioning service. The customer service is top notch, from initial phone call, to appointment confirmation, reminders and notifications about when the technician is coming along with their picture, which is an added security benefit. The technicians are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend.

AtlasCare has serviced several of our properties for the past 15 years and I recommend them to everyone. They aren’t the least expensive but in my opinion they provide excellent value because everything works when it’s supposed to and when the equipment reaches its end of life, they provide excellent options for replacement. Now we have rentals & they service them too. In my opinion they provide the best installation and the best after service. As I said, you’ll probably find cheaper suppliers but having had pipes freeze with failed furnaces, furnaces that leaked carbon monoxide and air conditioners whose piping froze then then leaked all over the furnace and destroyed it when I used other suppliers, well, clearly, I see the value in good workmanship and service. And this is what AtlasCare provides.

Jerry is very professional when doing his job, he practiced safety for any aspect, he explained everything in details and gave me explanation what has to be done, the work took a little bit what I expected but as long as he is doing it right, I am ok, at the end he put everything that has been done in writing so the next technician who will do the reconnection will know what has to be done properly, Jerry also has a pride to work for Atlas Care

Our 15 year+ air conditioner and furnace needed to be replaced and a meeting with a representative to review equipment options was promptly arranged. He was most professional and informative, and installation was scheduled within a few days. The installation team were efficient, respectful and tidy.

These 3 fellows did a fine job. Finished in about 90 minutes. Thanks for pointing out the drier vent needed cleaning! Good service very pleasant and polite while also efficient.
