    Annual maintance on furnace and air conditioner. Found leak in a/c in coil and part being ordered.

    A/C not working. Freezing up, techican found leak in coil. Ordered part. Techican serviced furnace and will do a/c when repaired. Alex, our service technician was outstanding. Knowledgeable, pleasant and going the extra mile to make sure we understood what was going on. We would like him back to do the repairs.

    Air Conditioning and Heating Company

    Atlas is the most professional company I have ever dealt with. All the people from installation to service are amazing. I totally recommend the company. You will not be disappointed

    Toilet Repair

    My toilet was leaking under the tank. I called Bosco in the morning and by mid afternoon the plumber was here and had fixed the leak. He was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I used Bosco earlier this year for another issue unrelated to this one and will use them again if I need any plumbing work done.

    Duct cleaning

    This company sent very responsible guys to clean my ducts. I was impressed at their conscientiousness and knowledge of this service. I would absolutely recommend them for this service. They arrived at the time they indicated and also called to let us know they were on their way.

    Air Conditioner and Humidifer Installation - Duct Cleaning

    A few weeks ago we had a new Air Conditioner and Humidifier installed and was recommended at that time that I have duct work done which I did. The service was great!! After they left the Air Conditioner didn't work so I called Atlas and was told to give it time to cool down the house. I waited overnight and it was still the same temperature. I called Atlas and a technician, Rick, was out to our house in no time. It turned out that it was a fuse and that was that. Not sure what happened but the outcome for me worked out well. Thanks Rick and all the people from Atlas for such great service.

    A/C servicing and parts change

    First time using AtlasCare ... great communication in advance of the appointment, on time arrival, very nice man, quality service. Would definitely recommend AtlasCare and Rick. Thank you very much..

    AC yearly checkup

    Good job. Niel was on time, pleasant and explained everything he did. Pointed out things that might need to be done in the future without trying to sell the service for them.

    Great experience!

    First time using a service like this. Great experience from booking to job completion. Kelvin and Matt were professional, friendly and courteous. The job was completed quickly and they were very careful with the equipment around the furniture. Thank you!

    Air conditioning yearly maintenance

    Sean F arrived on time, was extremely courteous and explained everything he was doing for my annual air conditioning maintenance. He also suggested several ways to try and keep the upstairs cool during the summer. AtlasCare is a top notch company! I would highly recommend them for both air conditioning and heating.

    Misdiagnosed

    My central AC unit outside broke down on the weekend (August 2019) and I have two young children, so I really just wanted someone to come quickly and fix the issue so I ended up calling AtlasCare to diagnose the problem. After trying a few things, the technician told me that my "low pressure switch is stuck open" and would be a costly repair. He also said given my unit is 14 years old, it would be better to buy a new AC instead of a costly repair. After he left, something didn't feel right, and I decided to get a second opinion (especially if I had to spend thousands of dollars on an AC) and I called another company because they were highly rated on Homestars. Their technician came and diagnosed that an earwig got caught underneath the contactor which did not allow power to continue onto the unit (see picture). Not only that, he said my AC unit does NOT HAVE A LOW PRESSURE SWITCH! AtlasCare severely misdiagnosed my issue and tried to sell me a new AC AND FURNACE! On a false diagnosis of "low pressure switch stuck open." Unbeleiveable. The other company saved me and my family thousands of dollars by repairing my AC and not having to replace it entirely. I'm sure AtlasCare has better technicians. But these upsell, pushy tactics need to stop.
