Humidifier was malfunctioning after 10 years! Neil attended to do service and he was excellent. Very professional and personable. Arrived on time and replaced humidifier quickly. We have been Atlas customers for 30 years and always completely satisfied. Great experience!!!

Anthony always does a great job. Very professional and explains everything very well. I like getting email alerts when he is on his way and when he will arrive. Also like to get reminder of the appointment as well. I have been using your company for many many years and you are always there when I need you. Also like getting the reminders when it is time to get service.

Tedros, Jose and Christian were polite, professional and neat. Took the time to carefully explain the installation process as extensive duct work had to be done and to answer specific questions. The team worked well as a unit while each performed his individual responsibilities knowledgeably and efficiently. I was very impressed.

My 3 yr. old air conditioner would not run. It would come on, then abruptly stop, then start again and on & on. I called Atlas care and a technician came the following day to assess the situation. He determined that there was a leak and thus the pressure was either too low or too high causing the machine to shut off til pressure readjusted then come back on. Unfortunately he was not able to determine the source of the leak and another technician trained in leak testing using a highly sensitive monitor came a few days later, executed the test and found the leak and repaired it. As the coolant was topped up the pressure then was too high and once again the AC cut out. I called the office again and immediately they offered an appt with the same technician along with his supervisor to reassess the problem. They came quickly and corrected the problem ….were always courteous and friendly . Very professional and explained everything that they were doing and what had happened etc. I am very impressed with Atlas care , their office personnel and their technicians. I look forward to having them care for my heating and cooling needs.

anthony came to check my ac unit,very professional and explained about the importance of maintenance on my ac unit! Bosco -Atlas a very exceptional company,have all my ,plumbing.electrical etc done and all is over the top and a smile with great service and technicians every time!!

Communication was clear, execution of job was quick, recommendation to prevent re-occurrence were appreciated. I highly recommend Gavin to anyone that required drains to be cleared. Thanks Gavin for you excellent customer service

The service man was knowledgeable and very professional. He changed the furnace filter though the furnace was not part of the service call. He cleaned the outdoor air conditioning unit and adjusted the humidifier to the proper level. Gave good advice and explained everything in detail as he performed the work and reviewed it when done. Less than an hour total time.

The service provided was exceptional. The serviceman (Al) was right on time, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and made the repair within a short period of time. He was pleasant and courteous, and answered any question with clarity and respect. I would most certainly use AtlasCare again.

Shower issue and David from Atlas came and looke dta it, quoted work, had to go to get part and fixed it...in less than 2 hours. He was so polite to boot!

Earlier this spring we discovered a water leak in our basement. As we have been dealing with Atlascare for many years for furnace, AC and hot water heater service they were a natural to turn to for this important work. Brendan came out to assess our issues and presented a comprehensive solution. To be responsible we contacted 2 other service companies for comparison, neither came close to giving the confidence they could solve our problem. Once work began the crew stayed on the job until completion. They were polite, hard working and also gave us confidence the job would be done right. The job site was always tidy and our property was respected at all times. I would not hesitate to use them again.
