Recently had basement remodel and guys came on time, courteous and explained everything. Wore shoe covers and was very thorough in cleaning. They even showed me how to change the hepa filter and suggested where I could find the appropriate filters. Very happy with the service.

We've been with Atlas Care for over 15 years and have been totally satisfied with their installation and service of both our furnace and air conditioner. They stood with us when a power surge damaged critical parts of the furnace even though it was no longer under warranty. We have in the past, and would continue to recommend this company for HVAC work.

Atlas Care replaced an evaporator coil in our Spacepak AC system. The technicians spent over 5 hours with this repair along with recharging the refrigerant in the system. Jerry and Johnson were very professional and were very careful to protect our house while they worked. We are very satisfied with Atlas Care and purchased a new high efficiency boiler from them 2 years ago. I would highly recommend Atlas Care for any Heating or cooling requirements.

He arrived in decent time. Friendly, thorough and helpful. Learned that Atlascare has plumbing component now so scheduled a free inspection along with apt to discuss furnace and air conditioner.

Working with Atlas Care was a phenomenal experience from start (getting a quote from Rudy) to installation, to post-installation customer service. The Fujitsu ductless units they installed look incredibly sharp and work perfectly (just one 12,000 BTU unit works for essentially an entire century home). We also recently misplaced the remote control for one of the heads, and Nimo, Director of Customer Experience, personally delivered a replacement remote free of charge directly to our home, and even took a picture of it to let me know. These guys are pros through and through, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a top quality ductless A/C set up.

Atlas sold and installed system. Company advice of exactly what was malfunctioning. Repair person arrived without parts or any knowledge of equipment. They left premise and I have no idea when to expect them back with replacement parts to complete assignment. Knowledge of product 1. Communication of expectation 1. Affable 5.

Not one to do reviews , but I had to take the time to thank the whole team at Atlas care , from Theresa and the professionalism she had from the initial call and Conrad , to Gary the technician who came and did the actual installation . The service that was provided was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company and these 3 individuals in particular . I will continue to use there services in future years to come. I was very impressed with the technician. He arrived punctually, diagnosed the problem immediately, had the replacement part in his truck, and was able to do the repair on the spot.
