I have an annual service plan with Atlas. It has proven beneficial they the 17 years I have been doing business with Atlas. As part of this service a faulty electrical contact was found and replaced along with a capacitor. Potentially saving a burned out fan motor or worse compressor. Anthony was personable, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again Atlas for your continued customer service commitment.

Very Pleased with work done. They were right on schedule and wasted no time doing the work. Atlas certainly have hired pleasant , efficient men as I have had many over the years. , Would certainly recommend to anyone . Thank you Joan Ludlow

On time, friendly/courteous, knowledgeable, clear with explanations and willing to answer questions; efficient despite structural challenges, offered sensible solutions and adaptations where necessary/unanticipated; organized and orderly, daily clean-up; sensitive to client's rights to proper service, very good company ambassadors.

We brought Atlas in last fall when we were having trouble with our furnace - it was improperly installed by another company (don't know how they are still in business). Every interaction with Atlas, whether it be support staff, management or the service technicians is always very professional and customer service is number 1. Recently we had issues with our AC and both Nav and Alex were excellent at identifying the problem and making the fix. Our system is fairly complex and Alex need to leverage his supervisor to work through the problem but he did and excellent job of keeping me informed of what was happening. Atlas is the BEST !

Darien & Lee were on time, courteous, friendly, and did a terrific job. They reviewed what was to be done and explained everything. Milisa who handled our quotation and confirmation was very accommodating. As a loyal customer, they were able to extend a much better price for us. The whole company is very professional from start to finish.

The Atlas service technicians arrived at the scheduled time, introduced themselves and were very friendly. The removal of the old unit and new installation went smoothly and quickly. The team were courteous and put on booties whenever they entered the house. After installation the billing was for the original amount agreed.

We have dealt with Atlas for 20 years and have always found them to be excellent and their Reps super. Today’s visit was thorough and the Rep was great. All good.

The service technician is on line and efficient in doing his work, and give us a clear explanation of what he has done and completed. They sometimes provide recommendations of for other services. But never pressure us in taking these additional services.

We have had great service from Atlas Care. Lyndon has impressed us more than once. A pleasure to have him here. He has provided good advice. We are looking to replace the current unit.

My high efficiency water heater stopped working with error codes showing on the May long weekend. My regular HVAC service company wasn't available so I went with Atlas based on reviews and having seen their trucks around the neighbourhood. The service rep came out, didn't have the proper tools did a couple of basic diagnostics (cleaned the flame sensor and checked the igniter) and then said the problem was either the controller board or the gas valve and that either wouldn't be worth replacing so he would have a sales person call me to quote a new water heater. The sales rep did call telling me that a new water heater would be $6,500-$7,000 plus installation. Fortunately, I am knowledgeable enough to know the diagnostic was inadequate and called another service company. Their diagnostic charge was half the price of Atlas and they spent 3 hours diagnosing the problem. Ultimately they determined the problem was a blocked air intake (within the water heater itself, not the intake pipe) and were able to blow it out and the water heater was fixed. I imagine many others would have given up and paid for a new heater based on the service techs assessment. Instead I paid $95 for another company to actually fix the problem and to add insult to injury Atlas still charged my $169 for the service call (which they initially wanted $219 for until I pushed back on the price). I don't mind paying for qualified service... but I have a real problem paying when the "professional" doesn't do basic problem diagnosis and doesn't have the tools or knowledge for the job.
