Atlas Air replaced my aging Space Pak air conditioning system that they had serviced for over twenty years. Repalcement required as the system's coolant was not no available. Prompt and efficient service, very courteous and knowledgeable staff.

I hired AtlasCare to provide their duct cleaning service. Darien and Tervel were courteous, professional and worked steadily during their visit. I would not hesitate to recommend AtlasCare duct cleaning.

Use Atlas Care for over 10 years now, knowledgeable technicians . Have changed my furnace and ac and find their pricing comparable just have an overall good feeling for this company.

We have a service plan with Atlas Care that covers annual maintenance of our furnace and air conditioner so there was no charge today for the maintenance of the air conditioner, just the cost of a part. The Service Technician identified a potential problem with the capacitor. He explained the problem in a way that I could understand and explained the price difference of replacing it now or waiting until it stopped working. Throughout, the technician was friendly, professional and helpful. He took care to slip on boot covers while in the house and even hosed down the air conditioner. I have always been satisfied with Atlas Care and would recommend them highly.

Jordan was punctual, personable, informative, and efficient in his service. He thoughtfully answered any questions asked, and took time to explain other information related to our furnace in terms of safety and troubleshooting. We look forward to working with both Atlas Care and Jordan again.

I have been a satisfied customer of Atlascare for over 30 years. I needed to have the house ducts cleaned and called the company. The service date was set up quickly. Darien and Trevel were personable and very knowledgeable . They worked efficiently as a team and explained the process that they would be following. I appreciated having this information. I received the same high level of service that I have come to expect from everyone who works for Atlascare.

I've used AtlasCare for the annual service for my two air conditioners and two furnaces for several years now. I called them to clean the ducts in the house as well. The service was professional and well done. The technicians also suggested cleaning the central vac which was something I'd wanted to do for awhile, so this was very helpful. The other service that I had done was to install water savor on my humidifiers. Both humidifiers had a lot of calcium build-up and this is something I'd wanted to fix for awhile. Happy to get it all done in one day!

Sean was very helpful, pleasant. Explained everything. Answered questions and asked if we had any questions. Experience was good. Showed up at correct time too. Would recommend Atlas Care to all.

We had a new furnace installed. The 2 installers arrived on time, worked very well together, and had the job done seemingly quite quickly. They left the place cleaner than they found it! We were very satisfied.
