    Thorough diagnostic assessment and explanation and option of what were the likely causes of the issue we were experiencing. Appreciated not trying to upsell unnecessary services/charges. Would hire again if we have future problems.

    We were very pleased by the professionalism of the team that came to our home to address some plumbing problems. They explained the issues clearly and were very considerate and accommodating.

    ⭐ Updated Review (After Resolution) Title: Issue Resolved After Follow-Up — Appreciated Their Final Response I originally had concerns about a very brief diagnostic visit that didn’t include any actual inspection, even though I was charged the full diagnostic fee. I contacted AtlasCare afterward to explain the situation. To their credit, the company reached out promptly, listened to my concerns, and waived the full invoice. I appreciate that they reviewed the case seriously and made things right. While the initial visit fell short of expectations, the way AtlasCare ultimately handled the situation showed good customer service. I am satisfied with the final outcome.
