We woke up on a Friday morning with no air conditioning (and two small children).
We called our regular provider (who was on vacation) and then several other companies. One company scheduled a service appointment for Friday afternoon and then, mid-afternoon, called and cancelled because of a bit of rain.
When we had all but given up hope of receiving service from anyone on the weekend, we called AtlasCare on Saturday morning at 6 am and spoke to an actual human being. Within an hour, we received a call from the service technician, Lyndon Vase.
Lyndon showed up exactly when he said he would (at noon) and called 15 minutes before to give us a head's up. Within 15 minutes, he replaced the capacitor on the exterior part of the unit, which had us back up and running. Lyndon explained everything clearly and made helpful and clear recommendations without trying to sell us anything we did not need.
