A technician from ExpressRooter came over to my place to replace my kitchen faucet for me.....He completed the work and left me no mess and was one of the most pleasant people I have ever dealt with! The price was fantastic seeing as he got me the exact faucet that I wanted! When he was finished I asked him if he could take a look at some stuff for me in the basement and he came down with me and took his time and never made it seem like I was "wasting his time" like so many other contractors do! I will always use ExpressRooter for all plumbing projects I have in my home!

On 2 separate occasions we tried to hire Express Rooter because of Mike Holmes recommendations. Both times they failed to communicate and deliver on the scope of work. We hired another contractor and he came in at 1000.00 less and completed the work as promised. We called and Martin refunded us our money.

The said it would be about $160, charged $270. Alll for less than an hour's work. I'll call someone else next time. They did fix the problem but that's all I can say for them.

We got completely ripped off by one company and Express Rooter rode in and saved the day. Professional and on budget, we received top notch service and they cleaned up everything on the way out the door. I would hire Martin again in a second.

2 thumbs way-up! We first called ExpressRooter because of a sewer smell emanating from our basement. They resolved the problem quickly and professionally (and thankfully I might add)… The work included i.e. replacing drains, repairing sinking stacks and some pluming re-alignment for a bathroom renovation. We have recommended ExpressRooter to our friends who have shared a similar experience. My wife and I have no reservations recommending ExpressRooter the service was timely, professional and more importantly… respectful of our home.

The company solved the problem of sewer odours emanating from the bathroom in our finished basement. They had to tear up the concrete floor and completely replace a flawed do-it-yourself drainage network under the basement floor, and then refinish with concrete. They offered clear, accurate assessments of the problem and clear estimates for the work. The work was completed on time and budget, and cleanly. The crew was respectful of our home and took steps to contain dust and dirt in the work area. The problem has been fixed. It was an excellent experience to engage such a professional, courteous, and effective company and crew.

Our basement flooded and Express Rooter came to the rescue. Martin was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Martin's crew worked through a very hot/tough day and completed the job in one day as promised. The crew also cleaned up after themselves and no garbage was left on the property. I decided to go with Express Rooter based on the Homestars rating, and was surprised that Martin had also been featured on Holmes on Homes (extra bonus). I thought he may come in more expensive than other quotes, however the rate he charged was very reasonable and fair and he also helped us to coordinate the drain grant through the city. If you want an honest, professional plumbing company, then call Express Rooter!

I called ExpressRooter to come to my house as there was little water pressure. Since I have a basement apt, it was neccessary to increase to 1 inch pipe service. Martin and Adam showed up and did a great job. They left the job site very clean and were very professional. As they were excavating the side of my house they noticed large cracks in the foundation of the building. They not only showed them to me, they completely parged over the holes going above and beyond with getting my job done. The water pressure is so much better since I had the work done. If you are considering doing this kind of work, I would reccommend using ExpressRooter.

After phone call was placed, within an hour I had Martin and Adam at the front door of my house. Dressed in clean uniforms, wearing shoe covers and providing professional advice regarding my basement drain system. Their knowledge and experience was clearly evident through quick troubleshooting and determining cause of my basement being flooded. Solution was provided immediately, and I will always call ExpressRooter for any plumbing work.
