Dear Mario Mrasek, Thank you very much or your business and we apologize for the inconvenience. We want to clarify that "Retrofit" is the type of installation which was sold to you but all windows were still custom made to fit your openings. Your sales agreement was signed on March 24th and our plant was closed till May 18th due to Pandemic. We were able to manufacture your windows with in 6 weeks after reopening considering we only had few people working in the factory. We apologize if our branch did not convey the delay due to the Covid-19. On initial installation in July, you did not want windows to be installed retrofit based on our agreement but later you decide to let them finish the installation. During installation, the door got scratched and we have to order a new door panel and also one window was added to the contract at no charge to you which was missed on the sales agreement. On 2nd installation, Installer finish the door and missing window, however, one window was ordered fixed due to very small size. You wanted to make the opening bigger and we ordered a new Awning window at no charge to you. There were some back and forth to finalize the timing between you and installer but we manage to install everything except the frosted glass on the last Awning windows. Once again, we apologize for all the inconvenience and hope you enjoy your new windows and doors for long time. We are all in unprecedented times where it is taking much longer to manufacture products, shortage of raw materials in construction industry, fewer people available to work due to Covid-19 but we all will get through this.
