    Kitchen windows and sliding door replacement

    So impressed with Dennis our sales representative. Super friendly, very responsive and very knowledgeable. Our installation was professionally completed by Russell. He came at the time agreed upon and did a great job with the install and cleaned everything up after. He had to come back later in the week and promised to confirm the day before, which he did, and again arrived as promised. I would definitely use Clera again and have already referred them to a family member. The only reason I didn’t give them a 10 was due to delays beyond the 8 week window. Although that may have been due to the pandemic.

    New Windows

    From start to finish, our Clera experience has been top notch! Cash, our sales rep was professional, knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. Isaias, our installer, was efficient, meticulus and thorough. Our only negative comment would be that we had to wait for installation due to Covid-19 but this certainly couldn't be avoided. Very happy with our new windows. Thank you Clera!

    Excellent work exceptional service

    I've recently had my windows and main door changed with Clera. The jobs was installed last week and I couldn't be happier with the end result! The windows look beautiful and were installed perfectly, the main door looks immaculate!! I had gotten multiple quotes prior to signing with Clera and I can safely say it was the best decision. Ray from Clera was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of my questions with incredible detail. He provided us with samples of the windows which really helped to visualize the end result. He was highly skilled, professional and personable. The customer service I received from him and the rest of the team was the cherry on top of my experience with Clera. If you're on the market for windows and doors don't waste your time anywhere else.

    Great service on windows

    Kyle was very professional & helpful with the ordering and installation of my windows. The turnaround time took slightly longer because of covid. (Which is understandable) The installers were very clean and tidy. Kyle kept me in the loop throughout the entire production of my windows. I would highly recommend this company!

    service

    I found window cranks that were broken. I informed Clera windows of the situation. The service representative responded with replacement parts to be sent to my house. This is what makes a great company, responsive and responsible.

    Replacement parts

    Years ago we had the pleasure of doing business with Clera Windows and doors when they were called FM Industries. We contacted Rita recently from their customer service department. We needed to get some replacement parts for our windows and I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful woman. She was knowledgeable efficient, and extremely organized. Ranjan came to our house today socially distancing, wearing his mask the entire time, removed his shoes and was very careful and respectful of our property. He even had someone from the office bring additional parts to our house to complete the job. Both of these employees are a huge asset to this window company that I know will continue to be in business for many years because of their ability to solve problems effortlessly.

    Bay windows - customer service disaster

    After getting competitive quotes, I chose more expensive Clera as I assumed that this investment would deliver a superior product and service. There were many delays that were advised only after I contacted the sales person. I thought the window installation (when it finally happened) went well until I noticed that the lower panel/trim not only was in two pieces but had not been properly sealed with silicone. These concerns have still not been addressed. Additionally the middle window (that is just a window) was set in deeper than the two side windows (that open up) and am now unable to reinstall the blinds. I did not anticipate having to buy new blinds in addition to new windows. I am not comfortable sharing what I paid but I thought the price was fair.

    2 windows

    Lots of phone calls while I was still considering purchase. No phone calls after purchase so I was left waiting and not sure when windows were arriving even though initial estimate date of install had come and gone. I had to call to get updates. Windows were installed well as far as I know however garbage was left on my property outside below windows. This included sharp and narrow strips of aluminum siding and old nails. One of these ended up in a guests foot and they sat in the emergency room for two hours to get a tetanus shot.

    PATIO DOOR

    We have been dealing with Clera since 2010. They just recently installed a patio door on our new deck. They have installed products at our home and rental property. Their installer Diego Osorio has done all of the projects and his fit and finish is impeccable. I have neighbours that also deal with Clera . We highly recommend Clera Windows &Doors. J.     Home Stars for Clera

    We recently had all the windows and doors replaced in our home. We couldn't be more happier with our selection and with the work that was performed. Russell and Miguel were an excellent team. They were skilled, professional, hard-working and personable. We would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone!
