    Ensuite Window Replacement

    We needed a quick turnaround on replacement windows for our ensuite and Clera came out quickly to measure and quote. The windows were manufactured and installed in the committed timeframe and they look great! I would definitely recommend Clera!

    Windows and doors

    Thank you to Jonathan and the installation team. We personally had an amazing experience and are so happy with our choice of doing black windows. Although the install team took one more day than predicted to finish the job, we are happy with the outcome and the precision of the carpentry work that was done on the inside of the home since they took their time to get it right. We have a front door to replace next year and will be calling the team here in Grimsby when we are ready!

    Terrible Company

    Jonathan was our sales person and was good at his sales pitch but not so accurate on his information or promises. Window order was delayed and many mistakes made including measurements and opening of window. There was also quality issues from installation, trim and torn screens. Installation team and company are not professional. Jonathan would not return calls on a timely manner and promises to show up were either cancelled or not showing up at all. Despite complaints to the head office they take no accountability and make further excuses. Recommended this company initially to many of my neighbours and friends looking to buy windows and doors. However, had to retract my recommendation leaving them to go elsewhere. Unfortunate was too late for one neighbour and they are no going through the same nightmare. After 9 months still waiting for my job to be complete. Would not recommend this company or salesman to anyone.

    Sliding Door Handle and locking mechanism

    Clera Windows + doors originally installed a complete set of new windows and a patio sliding door in 2013. Since, they have provided additional handles for our windows and just recently repaired an issue with our sliding door handle and locking mechanism. We had to cover the cost of the new door handle (out of warranty) but we still had an issue with the locking mechanism. Clera sent a service man to review and it was determined that the lock required the internal component to be replaced (covered by Clera). Although it required 3 visits the combined total time amounted to 15 minutes. The door handle and locking mechanism is now working perfectly as intended. Rita and Clera have always been extremely responsive and continue to provide outstanding customer service even after 10+ years of the original installation. I would strongly recommend the Clera Team for all your window and door needs!

    Clera replaced all windows and doors in our home and it was a great experience

    We had 26 windows, 1 front door, 1 door to the garage and a patio door all replaced and could not be happier with the results. Chris and Ryan were great to deal with and our installers, Tim, James and Paul were exceptional. The quality of the windows and doors are great and the installation was quick, efficient and the guys were true professionals who took great pride in the quality of their work. Thank you to the entire team for the incredibly positive experience and we would never hesitate recommending Clera to any of our friends and neighbours.

    Windows and sliding Patio door

    From start to finish this project went smoothly. Ken sized the windows and guided me through the process. The window installers arrived on time even on a day the school buses were cancelled because of freezing rain. The window installers were quick and did a very professionsl job. Cleanup after the job was well done . When I needed additional information head office was easy to contact and helped me through the process. Overall great job Everyone.

    New house windows

    Selected Clera windows because a local contractor said he only buys from Clera. The quoting was quick, the price was fair without a lot of haggling. The installation of 20 windows and one slider was done in two quick days. Couldnt be happier.
