    Cottage door

    The door for my cottage looked great and for a great price. Roddy was very informative and knowledgeable about the whole process. He showed up during installation to ensure everything went smoothly. Very impressed with the whole process.

    Windows replaced in 2008

    Dealt with a salesman called Eugene in 2008. Very good service,quality of products and professional installation. Was very pleased then,will be using them again.

    Windows and Sliding Glass Door

    We had a good overall experience with Clera. Ken spent time going through all the details with us. He knows his stuff. We were impressed that an installer came the day after we ordered to get all the right measurements. There was a delay getting the windows but it all worked out for the best. Tim, the installer is a pro. Very good communication, excellent work, attention to detail, above and beyond. His whole crew were fantastic. Unfortunately one of the windows cracked within a few days of being installed but Ken ordered a new one right away. We are happy with the new windows but a little underwhelmed with the new sliding glass door. Overall Ken and Tim were great to work with and the new windows look amazing.

    Beautiful Front Door Replacement!

    I had a drafty front door that needed a lot of adjusting over the years. I went with Clera because at first, their ad with Curtis Joseph won me over as a lifelong Leafs fan. But trust me, that isn't the only reason! From the first visit with Roddy where he showed us the catalogue of all the many different types of doors we could go with and his expert recommendations, we went with a front door that would bring in a lot more light to the house and end my constant battle with the door. The whole process took a couple of months - the door has to be made, and then fit into the schedule to install. The install itself took about 2.5-3 hours with two installers from ripping the jamb and frame apart, installing the new jamb, frame, door and flashing. The installers were professional, quick, clean and the door looks exquisite! I will definitely use them again in the future.

    Installed brand new decorative entrance steel door .

    We received excellent service from 2 installers name Ranjan and Vicky. They were very knowledgeable and informative with every step. They worked very efficient from start to finished. Both gentlemen cleaned up even after they finished with the installation of our new door. I am definitely referring Clera , window & doors to my family, friends. neighbors and co-workers. Thank you for making our home more welcoming. BR

    Main floor windows and Door

    This is the second time I have used Clera. They did my upstairs windows a few years ago. I didn't even get other quotes this time because my first experience was awesome, and I knew if I wanted quality and great service Clera was the way to go. I was not wrong. Gihan (my sales person) was very easy to deal with. He came, he listened to what I needed and presented my options. Quick and simple. Of course I made some changes once he left, but a quick text and he made the changes. (Price stayed the same ) Next step was Andre the measurement guy. He was a wiz with the tape measure (I actually learned a trick or two on how to measure big areas alone) He walked me thru each window one at a time. I made a few adjustments on the slider window height, style and found the perfect colour The hardest part about this process was waiting for my windows to be made and installed. But well worth it for the results. Installation day finally came. Dennis (my installer) and his helper were great. Due to the number windows it was a two day job. They were very efficient, clean and hard workers. Such nice guys. Old garbage windows out and new windows in. I am thrilled with the final results. My windows are awesome. My home is warmer and quieter. No more drafts or ice forming on the inside during cold weather. I also got a new storm door and front door. Again no drafts, easy to open and close and perfect match in colour to the rest of the project. What can I say .... if you need good service and AWESOME windows and doors .... dont hesitate ... Call CLERA today... you wont be disappointed.

    Living room window replacement!

    The installers were professional and knowledgeable! The windows look great and I am looking forward to replacing the rest of the widows in my home !
