After a review of 3 potential window contractors, Clera provided us with the best price & highest level of comfort in their communications and honesty/frankness. Their area manager is always available to respond to questions (via email/text/phone). At install time, their installers were a father/son team who were very courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. They worked quickly and efficiently and stayed within their estimated install window. A full and thorough cleanup was performed after they had completed their install work. It has been 5 months since the windows were installed and I'm still happy about the results. The noise coming from the busy road in front is significantly reduced. Super job!

No more draft coming in through the windows. The job was done quickly and done well. Overall a fresh new look on the house. I am happy with the service!

Hi Mike, Just wanted to drop a quick note about the amazing features of our new windows. The kitchen window is a huge change and give us greater air flow and flexibility and most importantly a frame free view of our yard. A great recommendation on your end. A million times better than what was there before. The hidden screens is another fantastic feature we are taking advantage of. Now with more windows that open in our home the air flow is much improved and today we are not using the AC, so another win in my books. The other great feature and thank again for highlighting is the Tilt-In feature. So helpful for easy cleaning without having to go outside. Excellent from start to finish. Terry gave us a quote that was explained clearly and honestly with no pressure. Installation was great. Installer let us know we’ll in advance as to what date he could come to do the job and was willing to work with our schedule. Installation was done right and the installer’s team did a great job of cleaning up inside and outside when they were done. The new windows are a big improvement to our house and are already keeping the house cooler in summer than before and will keep it warmer in the winter. Highly recommend Clera windows to anyone looking to upgrade their windows.

I researched 5 window companies to replace my current ones, and returned to the same company that installed some doors and windows 10 years ago. Ron, the salesperson was informative, helpful and flexible. However, it is the installer Diego who was a true craftsman and values excellent work. We installed retrofit windows to preserve the interior moulding of the house and the capping he spent (5 hrs on the bay windows) ensuring the front looked well with the rest of the house was impressive. Since we live in Toronto, the competition for work is high, however, the quality and follow up is varied. Clera windows with Diego working for them for 17 years suggests something about how a company treats its employees. This is my signpost when I hire contractors to work on the house; how long are employees with the company.

Our window experience with Gary was great! The guys were very friendly, especially with our dog, and very neat and tidy. The finishing work was done great, much better then our previous windows. We would totally recommend them!!

I recently had Clera replace all my windows (25) and 2 sliding patio doors. I did my research earlier in the year and compared 5 window companies before settling on Clera. A lot to learn, mostly all windows are not created equally. I chose Clera for several reasons.....quality of the product, their warranty, reasonable cost - not the cheapest nor the most expensive. And most expensive DOES NOT translate into better quality. Dennis was our main contact for sales - thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and a great resource who's been with Clera AND in the industry for a long time. He was an integral part of our investment decision. The Clera installation team - Ranjan and his team of installers were absolutely WONDERFUL. 5 days overall to remove and install all windows and sliding doors - they were a delight to work with. Kind, clean, courteous - PROFESSIONAL. Attention to detail and great overall people to deal with. Would highly recommend Clera and the entire team. Thanks for a job well done.
