Very pleased with the service from Clera Windows. I interviewed about 8 companies before making my final decision. John the sale rep was calm, to the point and responsive. Cindy was wonderful at coordinating and responding to my phone calls and questions. Then the installer John (yes- same name as the sales rep) did an amazing job with his team, very professional. When there were a few little things that needed fixing after installation you can tell they care and want to be a great job. Thank you to everyone at Clera Windows - job well done.

Suppose to be a retro fit, not a hack job. No foam insulation and a load of caulking to cover up there hack. Not satisfied at all. Asked the sales person to come and see on October 26, 2017 and now it’s December 29, 2017. Nobody came or even called.

We picked Clera because they were personable and professional in all ways, especially in telling us we didn't actually need to replace our patio doors, as they were good for another ten years. They did replace two very large windows with an awkward arch at the top, and though the replacements took longer to make than expected they were very accommodating with a reduction on the original cost. Installers, agent, manager all very friendly and efficient. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Clera recently installed 15 new windows and a patio door in our Oakville home. During the sales process, John & Greg Gainham offered some window combinations for a large Kitchen window (a large picture window and two smaller awning-type windows below) that some competitors that don't manufacture their own windows could only offer by adjusting the picture window size in a way we didn't really like. In addition, they were open and honest about their current order backlog, but John guaranteed the windows would be ready and installed prior to our September installation deadline and they met their commitment exactly as promised. Everything was expertly installed by Trevor and his crew aside from a couple of very small glitches which were corrected pronto. We are extremely happy with the quality of the windows and how they have refreshed the look of our home – both from the inside and outside.

I had Vito replace my front door. Looks amazing. We went with 8 foot high doors with a transom top and multipoint locks last year and this year we called Vito back to create a new opening for a new window. Looks great and brings in lots of light. Drew and his crew did a great job.

I couldn't be happier with my Clera windows installed by Barry Jacklin from Wroxeter Ontario. On the day of installation Barry and another installer Jeff arrived in the middle of a snow storm. But despite the cold and snow they got right to work removing the old one's and installing the new windows. And by the end of the day they had managed to get all the windows installed on my 125 yr old brick home. Then he came back the next day to finish capping around the windows and cill's making sure every detail was taken care of and the windows work properly. All and all I can't say enough about how great of a job Barry did and how he makes you feel comfortable threw out the installation as if you where talking with a friend or family member. We recently hired Clera to replace all of our windows and doors in our home. We had 4 highly rated companies come and provide estimates and decided to go with Clera despite the fact they had the highest quote. Part of this reason was due to their salesman Guillermo who is also a former installer. Guillermo was very passionate and motivated to ensure our experience was positive and that everything was done correctly. We are very pleased with the results and the windows have dramatically improved the curb appeal of our home. Definitely put Clera on your list if you are in the market for windows or doors.
