Replacement of 112 year old windows
The job was done quickly and efficiently. The two man crew were very polite and professional. They cleaned the work site and removed all of the old storms and windows; even cleaned the windows removing the sticker too. I would not hesitate to recommend Clera Windows and Doors. I am so happy with all the help in selecting the right window for the style of my old home. Thanks Clera staff for doing a great job. Janette

Sliding door lock replacement
My 3 year old broke the lock on our sliding glass door and John came out right away to replace it. The door was fixed quickly and John was so friendly. This company is extremely professional and trustworthy. I will be recommending them to everyone!

Started to replace some builder windows
From start to finish the process was smooth and organized. Terry was great to deal with from the first meeting to job completion. Honest timelines were given at the start and most importantly timelines were met. Really happy with the windows and installation was great.

Clera Review
The sales rep we dealt with, Gareth, was always quick to respond to any questions we had when we were looking at Clera for installation of 5 windows. The installers were professional and quick and did a good job installing. We did have issues with response time after installation and payment had occurred. However all issues have been resolved in a positive manner.

new living room windows and new front door
Very pleased with Adam who came and suggested ideas. Good price. Installation time fit in with my schedule. Excellent job by installer Ryan and his crew. Before there were drafts in windows and doors. Now no cold air coming in. Very satisfied with how they look. Fast efficient installation. Crew very neat. Took everything away and left place cleaner than before they came ! Would recommend Clera windows absolutely for customer service, price, expertise of knowledge, installation and clean up.

Windows
After a reasonable amount of comparison shopping we were certain that CLERA windows were our choice. The CLERA representative, Hans, provided wise advice about the windows suitable for our needs and saved us money by suggesting alternatives. The CLERA warranty was a factor in our decision making and also the extensive information on the CLERA website. Installation is a very important part of the window buying process and we took comfort in knowing that CLERA installers had been with CLERA in Kingston for many years. We are very pleased with the care and thoroughness of the installation.

I love my new Clear windows
We were long overdue for three new windows. Gary Gainham came to our home in Tecumseh and gave us a quote. Very professional and super nice. We ordered our windows and when they were installed I was over the moon happy with how wonderful they look. Scott installed them and did an awesome job !! The follow up phone call was an added unexpected surprise !!! How wonderful !!! I'm so glad I called Clara and will definitely call them in the future !!!

Full window installation
I had a full window installation at my home last year. When the windows arrived, the window colour did not match the colour swatch that we chose the colour from. After lengthy discussions with the Clera, they told us that they would either repaint after installation or provide us with a $2500 discount. Clera has not provided us with our $2500 discount as promised in writing and has not responded to our emails.

Dear Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience, however, custom colour matches can be tricky and, while you may not be completely satisfied with the exact shade of your painted windows and doors, they are well within industry variation tolerances. This was verified by an independent lab analysis which showed an Ecmc of 0.3. Industry standard is 1.0. Yours was an excellent match. Rest assured that you received an excellent quality product, including the paint finish. We are sad that you are not 100% satisfied but, as noted above, your colour match was in fact very good. We wish you good luck and hope you enjoy your windows and doors for long time - Clera Admin

Window glass replacement
Clera Doors and Windows were able to fix a broken window by replacing only the glass. This made the fix more economical. They have a professional team, they are friendly to work with and they did a good job.

New windows (14) and front door
We were extremely happy with the service we received from Clera windows from beginning to end. Ron, our sales representative, was quick to respond to questions, keep us up to date on the project status, and extremely knowledgeable about the product. Diego, our installer was great to work with! His team was fast, clean, detailed, happy, and dedicated. Even though we failed to have our new door handle in time for installation Diego went beyond the call of duty without hesitation - loaning us a spare entry handle for the initial install and then coming back later once we hand our handle and doorbell to finalize everything. Overall a great experience and would use them again!
