    Second floor renovation

    Four windows replaced - the install team was fast and very professional. I was very impressed with the fact that they left the work space and the windows clean!

    Excellent Service from Start to Finish!

    We LOVE our new windows and garden door. We couldn't be happier. From the initial sales visit to the finished product the Clera team was dedicated, professional and highly skilled. We had a large garden door installed as well as 5 windows and a massive bay window. The expertise and attention to detail of the installers ( John and his crew) were second to none. They take great pride in their work and it really shows. I would not hesitate to hire Clera again for another project and would highly recommend their services. Thank you Clera and a special thanks to you John for all of your hard work and dedication to our project!

    Beautiful door delivered and installed exactly as promised

    Our old door leaked air and was not keeping cold out in winter. Clera had left a flyer and we contacted them, along with several other companies. Rod came the next day, explained clearly the features of all their products and left us to decide. I appreciated that he was responsive but did not pressure us. When we were ready he was able to give us a good deal on the exact door we wanted along with several special requirements. The door was ready pretty much when he said it would be, the installation was scheduled and done quickly, on time with no mess left behind. And now that the cold weather has arrived we are finding that the front of the house is definitely warmer. In the past we have had experience with high pressure sales people, late deliveries and in one case a door that was built and almost installed upside down! But dealing with Rod at Clera was a real pleasure — we definitely recommend them.

    Replacement Windows and Front Door

    Last year I had quoted around many different companies and salesman Adam quoted me - he wasn't the cheapest, but he offered me a unique option for my front door (I had a very small sidelight glass and he said why not put in a larger 42" front door - being in a townhouse complex - this offered a different look compared to all my neighbours). I decided to hold off at the time - I phoned him up this year and he came over - showed me some different options and there was no pressure, he answered all my questions, showed me pictures and was very patient. This past week I had installer Ryan & TJ out to install the windows and door. Both were very professional, and took pride in their work at every step of the way. I could not be any happier with the job they performed, making sure everything was done absolutely perfectly along the way. The front door is absolutely spectacular and the entire process from start to finish was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Clera and kudos to both Adam and Ryan.

    Windows

    We had an excellent experience with Clera Windows. Our order was ready for Installation when Barry said it would be. Dealing with Barry was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable about his Product and understood what we wanted. We love the look of our new doors and windows. Thank you Carolyn Van Horssen

    Front Door

    Clera had originally given us a 6-8 week wait time estimate. 17 weeks later they are just installing our new front door. well not OURS. not the one we picked out. they did not have the proper insert to the $3000 door we ordered. they took the liberty of choosing a different one FOR us without contacting us FIRST. Not impressed. At all. If we did not reach out to contact this company my door would not be here today. We had never heard from them unless WE made the contact. keep in mind I have been without a front door / lock to my entire house this whole time, which they were made very aware of.

    Basement windows

    I had my home windows replace by clera windows and all I have to say is these guys know what there doing. Top of the line service. Sales represntative (cash Kelly) was amazing on how she explained everything to me and I enjoyed what I learned what windows. I also just had my business windows done by them also because of the service and quility. I will definitely recommend these people to everyone and I will definitely will do more business with them. Thank you for all your work and amazing high quility work.

    Windows

    Tom and his crew did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient and we love the windows. We can now open our front windows for the first time that we have lived here. I would recommend Clera to anyone. Kelly

    Windows in rec room

    Our home is currently up for sale and when we get feedback following a showing by a prospective buyer, we are told how impressed people are with our basement rec room. When we decided to renovate our basement, we chose Clera Windows and Doors to install windows throughout. We were exceptionally pleased with the sales rep, Ron Keay, and the work done by his installer, Diego, was top notch. My wife and I would highly recommend this company. Dennis and Kris

    More Replacement windows for our House

    We have used Clera Windows before and were very happy with the finished product. So when It was time to do the back of the house we again called Eugene and asked for a quote. As in the past we were extremely happy with his knowledgeable advice. With the installation recently completed by Ramesh and crew, we look forward to a winter free of drafts and decreased traffic noise. A job well done again. Thank you Eugene and Ramesh.
