We had our front windows changed in 2014. The service was exceptional, therefore, we decided to have the rest of the upstairs windows done. The installer is very proficient and knowledgeable of his line of work. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks us about our new windows. In the future we will need to have our basement windows done and will definitely go with Clera Windows.

The windows in my 8 year old home were failing apart with all the seals leaking. So I did some research and came across Clera Windows. I also found out from a friend that they had used Clera Windows for three windows. I was looking at 15 window openings to start and I wanted windows that would last, not the crap that was installed by the builder. Les from the Barrie branch came to see us. He is a standup guy. He showed us the window options and measured out every window opening, even the ones more treacherous to get to. We came to a deal and a timeframe. They are not cheap in price but you get what you pay for. The installers came by a few days later to double check the measurements which showed me they care about the quality. Makes sense since the warranty the windows for life. The job which was huge took two days. I was glad to see that they saw the job through to the end, and that they fully completed the top floor the first day then did the bottom floor the next. With dogs, cats, and kids in the house that made things easier. The windows look great and are well insulated. I am very happy with Les, the installation, and the windows themselves. In fact I still need to replace the rest of the windows in my house and I will be going back to Clera Windows for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality windows.

I arranged with Ron Keay at Clera for 2 sets of windows with the enviro-plus package for the front of my house. Really appreciated Ron's low key and informative sales approach who also directed me to checking the energy star ratings. Clera's windows had received some of the highest ratings . I was then greatly impressed by Diego who installed the windows calmly and carefully, and did extra work to reinstall a window airconditioner - truly an expert and a professional. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

John and Fred showed excellent workmanship in our windows and doors installation. They were polite, efficient, and very hard working. We are very pleased with the finished product and will definitely recommend Clera to others.

Professional,clean and great quality! From the estimate to the follow-up after the job was completed, the CLERA staff and installers were punctual, friendly and worked in a timely manner. Love my new front door and entrance!

I just want to say that I am really happy with the work done at my home. I dealt with Frank Altieri from Day 1. He visited my home during the renovation to make sure that everything was on track. He was very professional and accommodating. He always kept me in the loop and responded to my queries promptly. The job was done by a crew of three very hard-working gentlemen. My renovation involved the removal of my windows and exterior doors from brick to brick. The workers quickly discovered that my builder poorly insulated my original windows. They worked diligently making sure that each window was insulated properly. There was no need to have a disposal container sitting anywhere on or around my property during the three days it took to complete the big job because they removed the old windows every night leaving everything neat and tidy. Neighbours and passersby have even made positive comments on the new modern look of the windows and doors.

We had our Entry Door and 4 windows replaced through Dennis Kwasnicki with Clera Windows. We were extremely pleased with the product and installation done by Ranjan and his team.

The installers were hardworking, courteous, prompt and very clean. They made sure all debris was removed and walked me through the home to ensure each window was installed to my satisfaction and that all levers worked appropriately.

The work went smoothly. Hans Vanderspank is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. His preliminary assessment of the work was paramount in the smooth transition to installation. Sandra was very helpful and polite. Rick did an amazing job with the installation. His work area was always clean and his attention to detail in finishing the trim is second to none. Rose and I are completely satisfied with the work and look forward to possible future endeavours.
