We had such a positive experience with Clera a few years ago when we replaced our front and side doors that without hesitation called them to replace our basement windows and garage window. Our second experience with Clera was just as great if not better. Ron took great care of us from the sales side of things from start to finish. Diego was our installer and did a fantastic job. He expertly installed all of the windows with great attention to detail. Diego tarped up inside and had a great system to ensure the home was kept clean while performing the installation. We appreciated that all of our questions were patiently answered. The windows are of top quality and look amazing. Job well done! Thanks Ron and Diego!

Clera has great quality windows. Thick and durable. They answered all our questions efficiently and addressed all our concerns in a very timely manner. We definitely would have them install windows for us again. Gary our rep in Lakeshore ON was very informative and the installers were very hard working and very thorough. They completed the job with efficiency, accuracy and attention to all details in just a couple of days We have received a lot of compliments on our new windows from our family and friends. We recently moved into an older home and we knew it needed some work done on it. The first major project would be replacing the windows (19) and doors (4), making sure we can make the home as energy efficient as possible. That's where Terry Blondin and Clera Windows and Doors came in. We had already had 2 quotes from competitors and Terry came in and we really liked his style - not pushy in any way and very informative. He helped us make some difficult choices and also took his time explaining the differences between the different types of windows and doors. The prices were extremely competitive as well. We signed the deal at the end of September and we were informed about 8 weeks for the delivery and installation. The delivery was about a week later than planned, but I'd rather have the windows made properly than have a rush job completed. The installers arrived on the scheduled day and got to work right away. Their work was very clean, they were fast and completed all of the windows (rough installation) and 2 of the doors on the first day. On the second day, the remaining doors were installed, and then they went to work on the aluminum capping. Seeing that the house is so old, there were some strange angles and odd pieces and cuts that were required, so much so that the installer had to come back another day to finish the job. We understood, and as I mentioned, we would prefer to have the job done right than rushed. The installers were also able to preserve all of the casings around the doors and windows, allowing us to preserve the character of the home! All said and done, we have already noticed a difference in the heat retention in the home, and the house looks like it got a new lease on life. We have had windows replaced in the past from other companies (different homes) and the outcome was never as good as our experience with Terry Blondin and Clera Windows and Doors. We recently replaced our basement windows with sliding windows by Clera. We absolutely love the product! We didn't know it when we purchased but after the windows were installed we were shown they swung inward for cleaning! What an amazing feature because with our old windows we had to go outside to clean them. We had a slight issue where we had a bit of water on the inside track after a heavy rain; after calling Clera the installer was out within a day to address and fix the issue. You can't get any better than that!

Our experience with Clera has been very positive. The installers came, they were professional and very thorough. They didn't mind that you looked in on them once in a while and even when you asked questions. The rep, John Gainham, was very straight forward and accurate with his estimation at job completion - more importantly didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. My home required new windows and doors throughout, and after researching and obtaining quotes from several companies, I made the decision to go with Clera. Steve Drukarsh was the representative who provided me with the initial estimate and was there right through the process to final sign off, answering questions and confirming details to ensure I was well informed. The installation took place over two days. The installers were friendly and efficient, and answered any questions I had during the installation. They did what the could to minimize disruption and cleaned up the site when the job was complete. I am very happy with the product, service, and installation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clera to my family and friends.

We are very happy with our new door and side window. We had very particular ideas about what we wanted for the front door and our Clera rep did a great job helping us to sort thru all the options. The work crew did a fantastic job on the installation. They knew what they were doing and efficient in getting everything done. Finally, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

We bought this house knowing we would need windows . A friend of ours just had theirs replaced by Clera Windows and they were very pleased with their service and quality ! So , we called Gary and set up an appointment . He was very professional and helpful in picking out the style of windows to install . Gary was not only friendly but had some great ideas on the types of Windows that we would go with .All in all we replaced 11 Windows and were quite pleased with their timeframe for installation !! Before it got to cold , lol ! When it was completed we were quite pleased with the results and truly believe the equity of our house went up !! I guess my favorite window was the living room . We doubled its size allowing a lot more light in also it just looked fantastic in the apearence change that it made . Thank you Gary for your expire cleans also to your professional installers , they were friendly and did great work but they need to take more breaks lol . I had two new Clera doors installed by Vladimir and his associate yesterday and I can't be more pleased with the outcome. The doors themselves are beautiful and the professionalism shown by Vladimir was much appreciated.
