    Window installation

    Clera Windows was a fantastic company to deal with thought the replacement of our 2nd floor bay window. All of our contacts through initial contact, to Roddy in sales, to installation were first rate. Highly recommend both in terms of competitive pricing, communication, installation and follow up. Hoping not to use the 30 year guarantee but great piece of mind

    Windows

    We are pleased after we had to call them back to redo one part of the outside. With that kind of money- the customer should be satisfied with the work and the installation team should do all they can to ensure that happens smoothly.

    Wiñdows

    The work was done in timely fashion and was done inthe month it was suppose to be done. The workers were very courteous and polite .We will definitely recommend Jonothan and Clera Windows and Doors to everyone we know.

    Good Company for Windows Replacements

    Inquired about the price and signed the order on Feb 13, 2023. I replaced 9 windows, and the project is finished on May 24, 2023. I think it's efficient for the entire project. Mike (Salesperson - Concord) is a professional guy. And the installation teams are also professional and efficient. They planned to cost 3 days to finish install. But actually, they only spend two days. Thanks for Russell and his installation team. I recommend Clear Windows and Doors (Concord) to anybody, who will and currently plan to change their windows!

    Safety locks on screen door

    Have been waiting for the contractor to install the safety lock on the screen door that was on stalled 7 weeks ago and have talked to both Johanathon and the installer with lots of failed promises to complete the job and have not herd back for 3 weeks to address my concern

    Front door and window installation

    We had a terrific experience with Clera- from the initial visit to discuss options to the final installation. Our sales Rep was very informative and always quickly responded to our questions even after the visit. The installer and his crew were friendly, clean, efficient and also did a final run through to explain the functioning and maintenance of the door and window. The door looks great I highly recommend them !

    Window replacment

    From the start Jerry treated us with respect, in order to accommodate our changing ideas he visited us 3 times. Our job was completed a month ahead of schedule. Jim and his crew were organized, professional and complete our job like it was their own home. First time we have had a crew vacuum up after themselves We will recommend every and his staff to everyone Only being able to give 10/10 doesnt seem enough Faye and Mike Hobbs

    Ryan, Kyle and Keian are a great crew. Efficient, knowledgeable and fun. Ryan returned to do a fine tune on a door which now works beautifully - thank-you. James communicated with us, keeping us informed of delays/arrival time and answered our incessant questions. Great team. We would highly recommend Clera and their installers.
