    Amazing work

    He had the best quote and was very easy to work with from start to finish. Hes honest when somethings not tight, worked well with the energy audit program.. knew everything about everything. Super rare to get this kind of service nowadays. Really appreciate everything.. highly recommended. Windows are beautiful :)

    Clera Windows = Very unprofessional

    Our experIence with Clera Windows was horrible to say the least! It took months to get our windows installed and we were told a much shorter time frame. I followed up several times. Then there was only one installer instead of a team of installers as we were told installing all 9 windows. We had lost all trust in Clera already after being ignored for months when following up on our windows, that I had to take time off work to ensure the windows were being done properly. Good thing I was home as the installer tried to leave the old, jagged, rotted frame on my 1970s home and just insert the new window into that. I told the installer I will run to Home Depot and buy new wood right now if I have to. He then proceeded to THROW the wood with nails sticking out on my roof. I guess he wasnt happy and then went to Home Depot and brought new wood for the frame. Messes were left for us to clean up everywhere. On the Friday the installer took all of his tools and ladder and left without a word. We were right there so we dont understand why he couldnt say a word. We figured he wasnt coming back. Then he suddenly appeared Monday without a word or a call. What if nobody was home? I told him I thought you werent coming back. He said Clera should have called us. He said Clera didnt even pay him for the last job he did. We sent photos of the issues we have noticed with the windows so far to Raj with a brief summary of issues. ISSUES WITH WINDOWS: THERE ARE CRACKS/HOLES IN WINDOW CASINGS, INSTALLED WRONG WINDOWS IN WRONG ROOMS (MASTER WAS TO BE 2 TRIPLE PANE WINDOWS FOR NOISE SURPRESSION, WHILE THE OTHER BEDROOM WAS TO BE DOUBLE). SOME WINDOWS VERY TIGHT/HARD TO LOCK/UNLOCK, LARGE DINING ROOM WINDOW OUT OF PLUM, HOLE IN A SCREEN, SEVERAL DENTS IN SCREENS, SILICONE WAS FILLED IN WINDOW CASING ON LARGE MAIN WINDOW CASING TO SUPPOSEDLY HIDE A HOLE (DID THE HOPE THE CUSTOMER WOULDNT NOTICE? SOMEONE NOTICED THE ISSUE, AND TRIED TO CONCEAL IT. NOBODY INCLUDING THE INSTALLER OR CLERA HAS POINTED OUT ANY ISSUES EXCEPT FOR US), WINDOW WINDER JUST FALLS OFF, SHIMS LEFT IN WINDOWS, ETC. AND WE SHOULDNT HAVE ISSUES WITH BRAND NEW WINDOWS EITHER! There is obviously NO QUALITY CONTROL or INSPECTION before the windows leave the factory! On the day the installer completed the job, we sent another $3000 payment towards the windows. The following day Raj calls asking if we paid the installer. Um why would we pay the installer? Everything has been sent by etransfer thus far, and there was NEVER any mention of giving a payment directly to the installer. Then Raj asks why I only paid $3000 yesterday, so I tell him thats my daily etransfer limit with my bank. Then he asks if I want to pay the rest right now by credit card. I said no, Ill continue with my payment method but also I still have all of these issues listed above with what are supposed to be brand new windows. Raj then says he will send his Quality Technician to fix the issues AFTER I pay in full for the windows. WHY SHOULD I PAY IN FULL PRIOR TO THE JOB BEING FINISHED? Also who knows if the issues can be fixed (or will be fixed the way Clera is making me feel)? He then THREATENED LEGAL ACTION !!! This was the VERY NEXT DAY after the installer left. I had already paid another $3000 etransfer yesterday, and Im left with all these issues with my windows, and nobody has fixed anything and Im expected to just trust the guy and pay everything? What kind of Mickey Mouse company is this threatening legal action when Im obviously extremely dissatisfied with the installation of quality of the windows installed. It was soooo unprofessional. I found it disgusting how poorly we were treated, and expected to accept their workmanship and issues with the windows from the factory. We should have just completed this upgrade to our home ourselves or hired any other company. This was supposed to be a good thing we were doing for ourselves by having new windows professionally installed but it was ANYTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL! The entire process was just horrible to say the least. We tried escalating to other people at Clera but nobody cares. Yes eventually someone came by and inspected our complaints. Then a few days later they fixed the issues to the best of their ability, but we should not have received windows in this condition in the first place. We should not have been treated with such unprofessionalism either. All money has now been paid, but that doesnt change the horrible experience we had. I would not recommend Clera Windows to my worst enemy.

    New Window Install

    Everything was wonderful from start to finish. I contacted multiple window companies for quotes and chose Kyle due to his impeccable customer service. He really takes the time to explain and break it down for us simpletons. I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made. Due to Covid I thought the windows maybe be delayed but everything arrived in the timeframe that kyle said they would. Everyone including his team was very professional. I have already recommended Kyle to family and colleagues. Keep up the amazing service!!

    Great Product and even Greater PEOPLE!!!

    100% satisfaction from start to finish. Gary (Sales Manager) made it a very Great experience and his Installer Rob is one of the best in the business meeting all my expectations no matter how picky I was. Experience with Clera has been very personal and friendly, and I would urge anyone looking to hire them hands down!!!

    Windows and 2 doors

    I recently had all windows and two doors in my house replaced and I could not be any more happy or satisfied. From the initial phone call to the completion of install, Kyle and his team provided my wife and myself with knowledge, support, incredible customer service and the most perfect windows and doors. With all my questions before I committed to even my phone call after the job was done to thank him, Kyle was always available to provide me with a response or clarification within a quick time frame. I would highly recommend there products and services to my closest of family and friends and I will sure use them again for any future properties or renovations.

    Fabulous service manager and installer

    I was delighted with the service provided: the free parts provided and the customer satisfaction discount and installer Amandeeps skill, efficiency and friendliness. Administrative secretary Rita was a dream to work withshe facilitated the whole inspection and installation perfectly and got me a substantial discount for the work done. Totally reliable. Highly recommended!

    Windows

    The front window was not as ordered. The window was supposed to be one pane but the window that was installed had two panes. To add insult to injury one of the panes broke during installation so now we have to wait for a replacement. We were not advised that the existing blinds would no longer fit and only on installation day were we advised that the patio door was on back order so the area was prepped for nothing. We were not given any estimate for installation of the patio door. Very poor communication. When we complained we were given a song and dance about delays due to COVID. Maybe so but a simple phone call was all that was required. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. There is no customer service whatsoever. I have three more windows that need to be replaced and will certainly not be dealing with Clera Windows and Doors.

    Back Window Replacement

    Booked Clera to replace all the back windows in our house. The windows were of high quality and the installers were quick and efficient. After an issue post installation we inquired with the company and they were quick to follow up and we were able to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. This is the 2nd time we have used Clera for our windows and we have had good experiences with them. We would recommend this company should we require additional windows in the future.

    Picture window

    We paid a deposit in May with an expected installation date in October. We have not yet received any updates on our installation as of today, November 10th 2022. Our sales person has told us that head office has not kept her informed as to when it will be completed. Very disappointing. Mark and Margaret Sandiland
