    Many new windows and all new doors

    Gary and Rob got the jobs lined up to replace all of our outside doors and many windows at our ranch home in Cottam. The workmanship was very good and we are very happy with the results. They are scheduled to replace the rest of our windows this year. We were very satisfied with their work, and would recommend them to anyone. Prices very reasonable and timetable for the job right on time. Thank you.

    Issues with our door

    We had an issue with the internal blinds in our door and, while it took a long time, mostly I suppose because of the supply chain issues and the pandemic, we got our door replaced. So all was good. However, about six months later the blind broke again and I thought I was in for a long wait and a potential fight over this. However, Rita stuck with us and actually came up with the solution, which, in the end, was quite simple. Thanks Rita!

    Bay window and 5ft slider

    The installation was done on time and they were good with all the cleanup. My window and door are exactly what I wanted.

    New Windows

    Very easy company to deal with. Communication was on point and so was the service starting with Hans doing the sales, the install guys did a great job and were very friendly and I was called by the receptionist at the office a number of times to keep me up to date and to check on how everything went. Zero complaints guys, thank you again.

    Windows

    We had a window replacement assessment done for our property in sept or Oct 2021. The sales person was very friendly and convincing about the window. It appears that theyre very good quality and have a good warranty, so we decided to go with them even though its more expensive than some of the other options we were exploring. We paid for more than half upfront. But due to supply shortages, they said they couldnt do the service until Feb 2022. In February we hadnt heard from anyone. I felt like we had to chase the service person about our service date. In the end, he couldnt come until early April. I am satisfied with the end result, and I think the windows look great overall. I asked him if there could be any kind of discount for the delay in service, and he said probably not.

    Clera is a great company

    I had to replace 3 of my windows. (1 was a large one) A friend referred me to Vito at Clera, and it was the best decision. The sales person was great and not pushy at all. Dennis and Al our installers were amazing. My office has gone from 16.8°C to 20.7°C since the new window was installed. I would highly recommend this company for all of your windows and doors needs. Thanks guys

    6 New Windows

    We recently purchased 6 windows through Clera - Gary and Shelley were amazing to work with! Extremely friendly and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. You can't beat the price of their products! The windows were ready sooner than we expected and the installation team was professional, fast and did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished.     Lake House Renovation

    We replaced all the windows and doors at our lake property. Mike (div. 32 ) was wonderful to deal with and made some great suggestions to enhance our view and modernize our home. The installation was very professional and Jeremy and Jon were efficient and courteous. We love our new look and highly recommend the Clera team from Durham.
