    Basement Window Upgrade

    Just got new basement windows installed from Clera and I love them. 100% improvement from the 40-50 year old ones I had before. The whole process was super easy and all the staff from the sales rep, to the installers were a pleasure to interact with. You could tell they take great pride in their work. The price was very reasonable as well. Great windows and great service. I would highly recommend Clera Windows & Doors if you are looking to upgrade or replace any doors or windows in your home.

    doors and windows

    The salesman will tell you anything you want to hear to get the sale. Who replaces windows and doesn't put new trim on (after it was promised)!! A 2 day job ended up taking 2 weeks-can't even begin to stress how often we were left waiting for the installer to show up-if I had had to take time off work I would have lost thousands as it is I am retired but my time is still worth something. The regional manager seemed to be having issues with the installer-not my problem. This is the third home I have replaced doors and windows-and I will never use this company again. After I paid the balance owing by bank draft-I found out that they had billed my visa. Nobody at this company seems to know what anyone else is doing! Also the installer took my blue recycle bin and it was never returned.

We like to apologize for the inconvenience that you were put through by the installer. Because Clera Windows and Doors, takes pride in the products they produce and the services they provide, and because, we do not tolerate such behavior, we would like to inform you that this installer has been let go and no longer works for us. After speaking with your regional manager and also reviewing your signed purchase agreement, you purchased a retro-fit installation which does not include new window trims. Our factory builds the orders according to the signed contracts that we receive. To keep you happy, the manager agreed to pay out of his own pocket and to provide you with the window trims and installation at free of charge, but you refused. Also, our accounting department informed us that your credit card was billed the final balance because that is how it's indicated on your purchase agreement. The first day they submitted for the payment it was rejected, and the branch manager was notified and in return he notified you, and that's when you provided the bank draft. On the second attempt the debit was approved(I guess the credit limit was increased). The accounting department tried but was unable to reach the regional manager to inform him that the payment was finally approved. Once we were notified by the manager about the bank draft we contacted our merchant right away on April 12th, same day the debit was processed and we credited the full amount back to your card. Our accounting department contacted you by email and apologized about the honest mix-up. As for your blue recycling bin, we also apologize that it was not returned, we will gladly provide you with a new one.     All new windows

    We are very pleased with our new windows. The ones in our sunroom have made the room seem so much brighter due to being able to have a larger amount of window because there is no divider down the middle. All of the other windows seem so much bigger. Installation was efficient. We are happy to recommend these windows to others.

    Basement Windows

    Final product/installation was great. Wasn't happy with the amount of time I had to wait to have these windows installed. I ordered 5 windows in August 2021, I was told there was a 10-12 week wait for installation. My windows didn't get installed until March 2022 and was delayed a couple of more weeks because the company only ordered 4 windows when I needed 5. Clera windows should have been more up front with the wait time as I was not impressed having to wait 7 months for 5 small windows.

Sometimes delays are beyond our control, as we are fully committed to pursuing completion of our work in a safe, diligent manner under the circumstances. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak there have been certain limitations placed in our business industry-wide. Several shutdowns, shortage of raw materials, and fewer people working in the factory due to sickness. These types of disruptions have delayed the production of several customers windows and doors. We also will like to apologize for missing with the 5th window, it was a misunderstanding between the sales rep and the re-measurer. The sales rep mortified one of the window quantities on your contract from 1 to 2 windows and the measurer mistook it for quantity 1. The 5th window was provided to you within a week.     Windows replaced

    Large multi pane front windows

    Great quality windows. Installers are very efficient and friendly. Hans is very knowledgeable and measures accurately. They have done previous work (windows and front door), and we would highly recommend their products.

    They did an excellent job but waited a couple of weeks longer then was originally told

    Front door

    Had my front door replaced. I find Clera to be competitively priced with excellent customer service and a quality product. I was picky about something minor on the trim and without hesitation it was "how can we make this to your satisfaction?" I said, "can we get a new piece? (Which was custom made)" "yes absolutely." I wasn't charged until it was replaced and the sales person followed up afterwards. It's a big business with a small business feel.
