Dear Louise, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustration. However, the Clera staff never neglected you as a customer as you indicated in your review. I have several e-mails of communication with you along with phone conversations addressing your issues. In one of my e-mails I addressed the issue of the blinds that no longer fit your windows. As it's indicated in your signed contract under terms and conditions, we will try our best, but we cannot guarantee, that the existing window accessories such as drapes, shutters or air conditioners will fit in exactly the same way as they did in the original windows and especially with brick to brick installs as yours. Also, the company VP did speak with you in December and informed you that your issues will be addressed after the holidays. Unfortunately, we were unable to provide you the service after the holidays as Covid-19 was at it's peak and several people were off sick and also several restrictions were placed on the service industry which delayed window and door installations and services. We are not sure why you posted a picture of the jamb issue, we were informed that that issue was already addressed and the service was completed already. The local branch manager also informed you that it will be best to install the sealed unit during little warmer weather as it could crack in the extreme cold weather. At Clera, we are always striving to provide the best service to all our customers and we want to do the same for you.
