    Window replacement

    I had the opportunity to work with Clera Windows + Doors twice. My windows were only about 15 years old but were not very good for "high efficiency" windows. I had condensation and frost on them every winter since they house was built. The first time I contracted with Clera Windows + Doors I asked them to replace replace 3 windows for me. I was so satisfied with the workmanship that the following year I had them replace 7 more. In total they replaced 10 windows for me. I would recommend them to anyone who asked me. MY heating and cooling bills actually came down after replacing these windows. I have recommended them to family, neighbours, and friends.

    Door

    We love our new window door! The only thing was we ordered it in June and just got it installed this past month. The delay was unfortunate due to distribution but we completely understand. Salesman Jerry was very nice! The installers both worked quietly and efficiently! Again we love our new door! I even referred to someone else and the person is installing the same door! Thanks!

    Window Repairs

    I had all the windows in my home upgraded and installed by Clera in the spring of 2018 (triple glazed casements). I recently had Clera repair seven broken/damaged cranks (thanks to a tenant who rented for two years and who tried to force open the windows without first disengaging the lock latch) and also repair a window that was coming away from the frame (two separate visits approximately two months apart). I cannot say enough about Rita, Clera's Service Manager. Despite the ongoing pandemic and having installers off on medical leave, in quarantine or fully booked, Rita came through for me both times in finding available installers to come and fix my issues in a timely and efficient manner. Rita is wonderful to talk to and kept me in the loop. I also have to give kudos to Andrey who not only fixed my window, but who also answered several questions l had about window caulking and gave me some great tips. He was extremely personable and had traveled well outside his usual service area in order to fix my window.

    Living room Window Replacement

    Replaced my windows as promised. Workers polite, professional and left no mess behind. Windows finished inside and out. Nice work.

    Great experience for Window replacement

    We had 05 windows replaced by Clera. Process from getting estimates and installation was efficient. Greg who provided the estimate was pleasant, suggested and explained the product, process well. Took over 03 months from the ordering of windows to installation but not bad considering the global supply chain challenges. I was not there for the installation but my spouse said installation team were nice, pleasant and efficient too. So over all everything went well.

    Excellent experience

    No - nonsense sales representative, efficient install team and quality product. All work done within estimated timeframes. Right on time for sales meeting, measuring appointment and installation. Would definitely recommend and/or use again.

    New Front Door

    Hans and Ricki did an incredible job with our front door. Our home’s original door was installed incorrectly, which made things a little tricky for replacement, but Hans did an amazing job coming up with a solution and now we have a beautiful new front door! Ricki did a fantastic job with the installation. We have used Clera for window replacements at two homes now, and will absolutely be lifelong customers. I can not recommend them enough. Incredible customer service. Best window and door company out there.

    New doors by Clera

    Choose Clera to install a new front door and side door. Kevin (sales rep) was fantastic, quick to respond, very informative, and answered all my questions. Pricing was competitive. Installation team (lead by Juri) was very professional with lots of attention to detail. Great experience all around, would definitely recommend!

    Fast, professional, friendly

    I had 3 large windows, and a patio door, replaced yesterday, February 7th. One of the windows was on the 2nd floor. It was all done in less than 7 hours, including picking up all the old windows outside, cleaning up inside. The two guys - and I apologize I didn't ask their names - were clearly very experienced. I asked a few questions, the senior guy was very friendly and explained everything clearly. The windows were exactly what I had discussed with the sales guy a few months ago. It took a while to find a date for the installation mainly because of my availability - they worked with me to find a date convenient to me. Overall, I am very happy!
