Outstanding service company!!!
We had our windows and sliding doors replaced by Clera many years ago. To this day if we have an issue, they are always there to help us! They are professional and treat their customers with a gold class approach. Highly recommend them!!!!

all new windows in one storey house
We are very satisfied good quality windows and we were equally impressed with the attention to detail of the installers

Windows, Patio Doors and Front Door
I recently had 10 windows replaced, had 2 sliding glass doors installed and a new front entry door installed. Even in the dead of winter, the amount of disruption was minimal. Chris, Rory and Christian were quick, professional and very courteous. They were an amazing crew. They worked hard so that it would get done before a recent cold snap set in. The install, the framing and the clean up was all incredibly well done. I would not hesitate to recommend Clera windows for their services. Kudos to all of you!!

New Front Door
Obtained quotes from several companies and decided to go with Clera and I have to say we were not disappointed, it was the best decision! We love our new front door! The sales rep Terry helped us choose a style that was best suited to our home and the installation went without a hitch. We appreciated all the communication from Terry we received even with COVID challenges.

Windows
Took a little longer then usual to get the windows, but we expected that do to Covid-19. Installation went very smoothly, 4 days to take out and install 13 windows.

Window replacement
AMAZING JOB, from Adam who provided the estimate to Ramesh and his team who performed the installation, WELL DONE. VERY IMPRESSED. Even with COVID installation was earlier that expected, but very appreciative of that. Very professional, explained how to clean and operate windows and ensured I was satisfied with end product.

Half Circle Windows in Hall(2) Dining Room and Lounge
same time. It was SNOWING on that date but at 9 25 they arrived and eventually started. Young man seemed to know what he had to do, but elder gent did not do anything of importance, in fact in the afternoon spent most of the time inside the van. Young man eventually asked him to grout the windows which he grugingly did but even now there are grout and other marks all over the windows - which had cost me over $300 to have cleaned as I did not expect Clera to turn up. There are still circle marks on all the new windows plus putty and when presented with a piece of paper to sign "did I inspect the job" I did write that it was now 5.25 pm in December and I could not even see the windows. The bill was presented by the older gent, without any acknowledgement and my credit card was noted by me on the bill, but was not presented until at least 7 days later, after I had tried to call to see what had happened to my credit card payment. I would NEVER employ Clera again and would not recommend them to anyone.
