    Replacement Windows

    Very efficient workers and windows were installed professionally. We were concerned about one of the workers when he fell off the latter, so perhaps when using the latter a second person should be holding the latter. He was okay however his injuries could have been worse.

    One new basement window installation

    Only criticism for us was the length of time waiting for installation. Granted it was a small job and company was very busy during the pandemic. A very neat job of installing the window to replace an ill-fitting very old window..

    Front door with storm door

    I bought a front door and storm door. Front door o.k. no prob but the screen door was a pile of rubbish It leaked at the top and where the screen and window joined The glass was too heavy to lift, the grooves for the glass were bent, this heavy piece of glass fell out, luckily no one hurt. The frame was out of square the glass covered a third of the screen when lowered. The door was returned. This was in April, After many fruitless calls, no action. They have my money, I don't have a door. My advice, don' go there Derek Middleton, Ajax

    issues issues issues

    Long story short, took 7 months to do the job. Had to come back 4 times to finish job site. Lacking 1/2 inch gab between window and frame so cold air can enter the building. Doesn't finish interior trims like every company would do with vinyl. They wrote themselves the questionnaire at the end so I couldn't give them bad review. Have not finished replacing bottom of door jamb, kept the old 20 years old piece of wood. For a 7000$ bill for lots of issues.

    Window and Door Replacement

    Andrey did a fabulous installation job, very happy with the final product. The new windows and front entry really have improved the look of the house as well as the functionality.

    Bedroom windows

    Very happy with the modern beautiful windows. Beautiful and very easy to clean. Adds value to our home. Very courteous and professional. Used Clera windows in the past and will again. Bev and Larry H

    Living room bay window and kitchen projection window

    The crew did an excellent job at installing a big bay window and a large projection window. They were professional and courteous - even friendly with our dog. Work looks great and we would use this company again for other projects.

    Handle replacement

    Total replacement of sash style windows with casements back in 2009. Two of the cranks recently broke so I contacted Rita who promptly replaced them. The new ones are a much superior technology so she’s kindly agreed to replace the remaining ones. This is what customer service and lifetime warranties should be all about. No hassles and the foresight to head off future problems. Rita’s to be congratulated.

    Windows and doors

    They are not reliable. Only interested in getting the job and the money , don't care about the fault they made. After that you can call like us for 3 years and only hearing we will send someone tomorrow and next week and again next week but till today no one comes to correct there mistake. Worst service ever.

    Front Windows replacements

    We couldn't be happier with our new windows from Clera Windows. The whole process was a positive experience. We contacted Gary at Clera Windows to come out and give us an estimate. He was so very informative and brought with him several brochures with all the information we needed to make an informed decision he also matched a competitors price when we told him we wanted to go with Clera. The instillation process went without a hitch. Rob, David and Suli were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. They also took our old windows and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. If you are looking for replacement windows in the Windsor area I highly recommend Clera Windows. You won't be disappointed.
